Salut, imi pare rau dar nu am apucat sa il pun la posta.
Am iesit mai tarziu decat asteptam de la munca si au inchis la posta din pacate.

mai omule asteptam coletul de o saptamana mai ales mixerul de GPL ca sa pot face omologarea la gaz. astazi imi soseste si vad ca ai scos mixerul din el. am vorbit si pe telefon si mi-ai zis ca asa cum este pe poza respectiva te-am si intrebat si despre mixerul de gaz. iar acuma iarasi stau si ma gandesc de unde sa iau un mixer am platit 100de lei pentru nimic. esti un om neserios nici nu mi-ai raspuns la telefon

Buna seara,
Nu v-am putut raspunde pentru ca am fost la munca,v-am trimis mesaj ca nu pot sa raspund.
Am trimis exact ce apare in poza,nimic in plus nimic in minus.
Trimiteti-mi o poza cu acel mixer despre care vorbiti si poate pot sa va fac rost si de el.
Imi pare rau pentru confuzia creata si sper sa pot sa va ajut.
Astept poza cu mixerul.
Numai bine!

Piesa asta lipseste:
si nu-mi zi ca mi-ai trimis ceea ce era pe poza ca nu-i adevarat.
ce am primit eu este un alt injector sau ai scos mixerul din el.

Am verificat si aveti dreptate. Am trimis aceeasi piesa,dar fara bucata incercuita.
O sa incerc sa scot acel mixer si sa il trimit prin posta.
daca nu se poate scoate va trimit tot injectorul urmand ca dvs sa imi trimiteti pe cel pe care l-am trimis.
Imi cer scuze de confuzia creata si de timpul pierdut.

am incercat crede-ma la cei care fac instalatii si nu dau separat. Takashi mai simplu daca-l scoti mixerul ca sa nu mai trimit inapoi tot injectorul. scoti cele 4suruburi cu o cheie negativa de 5 si iese foarte usor. Te rog numai sa ai grija de el sa nu sparga
