Vand teren 700mp, dimensiuni aprox 19x36, comuna 1 Decembrie - str. Campului
Este situat in partea stanga a comunei in sensul de mers spre Giurgiu, cam la jumatatea comunei. Este in zona noua de case, avand vecini la 40m. Este in curs de imprejmuire cu gard de BCA pe lungimi si bordura beton cu plasa pe latimi.

Beneficiaza de drum de servitute cu titlu de proprietate comuna. Utilitatile sunt la aprox 60m. De la teren pana in piata unirii se fac 25-30min la ora normala si 45 min la ore de varf. Se cumpara direct de la proprietar. Toacte actele sunt la zi.

Pretul este de 20 euro/mp negociabil - pentru cei 700mp ( drumul de servitute nu se ia in calcul, este inclus in pret )

povesteste-mi putin despe drumul pana acolo..din DN pana in fata casei....-pamant,piatra,asfalt-?

utilitati...ce inseamna : curent ? gaze ? canalizare ? apa curenta ?

prima casa (finalizata,locuita) la ce distanta e ?

Din Dn pana aproape de casa care se vede in poza, este asfalt. Lispsesc 10metri, posibil sa-i fi asfaltat intre timp, n-am mai trecut de vre-o 3 luni pe acolo.

Accesul se face pe drumul de servitute neasfaltat sau pietruit. Pana la terenul meu mai sunt 2 parcele, pe stanga si dreapta drumului de servitute. Nu am idee cand vor construi acestia dar chetuielile se vor imparti la un moment dat. Utilitatile sunt prezente pe strada de unde se intra pe drumul de servitute, utilitati insemnand apa curenta si curent, iar gaze si canalizare in proiect.

Prima casa este la 30 metri, iar langa, cealalta parcela este imprejmuita cu gard din beton, nu stiu ce e inauntru. In curs de construire am vazut una prin zona insa, repet, de prin prin aprilie n-am trecut pe acolo. In zona mai sunt destul constructii mai departe de mine , adica "in stanga pozei"

Eu o sa-mi construiesc in toamna viitoare probabil, lipit de acest teren dar cu intrare pe partea opusa, terenul fiind al sora-mi. Dorim sa facem un duplex ca sa iesim mai ieftin, acesta fiind si motivul vanzarii.


Pot vinde (ceda) inclusiv cu proiect finalizat desi ma indoiesc ca pentru 400 euro cat e un proiect, ar vrea cineva sa nu-si faca fix cum isi doreste.

Poza 1 - intrarea pe drumul de servitute
Poza 2 - drumul de servitute vazut de pe teren
Poza 3 - pozat de pe terenul alaturat
Poza 4 - pozat in profunzime, parcela este pana in dreptul gardului de BCA. Intre cele 2 parcele nu s-a tras gard, se va face impreuna cu noul proprietar in functie de intelegere ( plasa,bca,tabla,lemn s.a.m.d.)
