Cumnatu meu si-a luat un DVD player, Philips 3600 parca, si la unele filme nu-i ia sutitrarea. La altele nu are astfel de probleme. La service i-au spus ca nu au ce sa-i faca, ca e de la CD-uri, rahaturi de astea wink.gif
Pe un alt forum am citi ca s-ar putea face un upgrade de firmware.
Stie cineva cum se face chestia asta fara sa prajesti DVD-u smile.gif?

Hooo...ziceai de Pilips....firmware-ul e pentru E-Boda. Esti sigur ca vrei sa scrii acel firmware? Eu nu as fi asa sigur. Daca ai noroc mare, nici nu o sa iti recunoasca fisierul de pe CD.

Aoleu... DVD player mai buggy decat Philips... mai rar !!! Sunt dintre cele mai nereusite. Imi pare rau pentru el. Mai stiu pe cineva cu probleme tot asa. Cand a fost la service cu el, cei de acolo deja stiau ce are si cand si cum etc.

Intr-adevar solutia e sa ii inlocuiesti softul cu o versiune acatarii.

Taica-meu are un DivX player LG.. merge super-ok, dar in loc de caracterul 'tz' afiseaza o timpenie, indiferent ce limba setez.

Chiar ma intrebam daca exista vreun update.

Vezi pe forumul softpedia, in special posturile lui Mtz. Erau atasate niste firmware-uri pe acolo. Daca e in garantie poti merge la service si e gratis update-ul sau iti trimit cd si-l faci tu. (Am scris considerand ca are un LG cu chipset MediaTek - ex. modelul 9700).

PS Paul, Philps-urile sunt de obicei cu chipset ESS Vibrato si la astea e mai nasol de firmware neoficial (de obicei asta rezolva problemele cu diacriticele in subtitrari).
