Ce pana noastra colectiva sa mai zicem? Parca nu stiai ca asta va fi finalul. Si Gabi Bivolaru', care a luat 5 ani pentru o frauda de zeci de MILIOANE de dolari... Si care va iesi fix la 3 ani si 6 luni (asarban, corecteaza-ma daca gresesc, cu penalul nu le mai am de mult), pentru buna purtare... Hai sa fim seriosi. Despre Grego Bivolaru vom mai auzi si spre toamna, daca asa-zisa opozitie va veni cu vreo dezvaluire mai jenanta, asa, tot ca o perdea de fum. S-a demonstrat ca poporul asta poate fi pacalit de repetate ori cu acelasi metode. Asta e! Oricat de antipatic imi este Cristian Tudor Popescu, nu pot sa nu-i dau dreptate: e o chestie de "gena". Asa suntem noi, si cu asta basta!

Vezi ca pe la noi cateodata se mai "scade" si ce a stat in timpul procesului ... si nu se adauga ca l-au cautat 10 zile ...

Oricum avocata lu' Gabi spune ca "s-a prescris", asa ca s-ar putea sa nu stea nici macar o zi la mititica... Prietenii stiu de ce...

Din punctul meu de vedere, n-ar strica sa-i faca cinste frat-su cu un pahar de... suc din ala, stiti voi! Sa-l dea pe gat, asa, pentru sanatatea natiunii....

Acum cateva zile am auzit o kestie tare la stiri. Cica Bivolaru asta e anchetat pt. corupere de minori, perversiuni sexuale si incercare de trecere frauduloasa a frontierei. Toate bune si frumoase, dar cum e aia sa fii anchetat pt. pervesiuni sexuale?? :shock: Asta e ceva de care nu stiam, e o infractiune prevazuta in codul penal? Si daca da, unde se spune ce e pervesiune sexuala si ce nu? A fost publicata in monitorul oficial o lista cu pervesiunile sexuale interzise de lege? Ar fi tare sa vad asa ceva.
Ia uite nene, ma dau p-aici rotund ca-s curat si cinstit si cand colo s-ar putea sa fiu numa bun de puscarie. :?

Imagini cu apartamentul d-lui Gregorian Bivolaru dupa perchezitia efectuata de politie. De remarcat ca pe timpul perchezitiei, dl. Bivolaru a fost chemat la politie pentru un motiv minor. Astfel perchezitia s-a realizat in mod ilegal in lipsa sa.

Breech of legal procedures:
Mr. Bivolaru's apartment vandalized while he was taken to a police station for an invented reason, goods seized not related to the search, not listed and sealed properly, from several rooms simultaneously.

In the morning of 18th of Mars, 2004, at 9 a.m., the Romanian police troops forced into the private homes of certain yoga practitioners in Bucharest, who are members of the non-profit yoga foundation called MISA (the Movement of Spiritual Integration into the Absolute), Romania. The police troops, with anti-terrorist equipment, entered without having permission, breaking open the doors or windows in order to enter the houses. In those homes that people were at home, the policemen ambushed them, put them to ground pointing the gun at those people's head. They kept them like this for several hours, while the gendarmes loaded trucks with all the personal belongings they found in these houses -- books, computers, stereo equipment -- for which they did not have a confiscation warrant, vandalising the place.

All those yogis who were at home were treated brutally, as thou they were criminals, and taken in police vans to the prosecuting magistracy's headquarters where they were interrogated for many hours. Some of these private persons tried to film the policemen's action, but they were brutally stopped, being taken by force to police stations.

The yogis were not given the right to have an attorney, they were not told which are the accusations against them, and tens of them were submitted to inconceivable retaliations by the Romanian police. Although the policemen did not find absolutely anything incriminating, they made a huge circus out of everything, just for compromising the image of the yogis and the yoga foundation.
