Poti opta pentru confectionarea unui suport dintr-un profil metalic suficient de solid pe care sa-l prinzi de surubul tamponlui.

Ma bucur pentru corectarea micii greseli de pe coperta calendarului de anul trecut, daca tin bine minte, titlul de sus se suprapunea putin peste hotel tongue.gif Care e pretul?

Sincer sa fiu, eu as scoate partea cu "Calendar" sa ramana numai 2013, acopera partea de jos cu masinile, anul trecut eu dadeam 15 si bagam si transportu si venea 20 ron, anul asta au crescut pretu la 18 ron, deci calendaru o sa vina 23 ron, au zis in schimb ca ne fac reducere daca comandam minim 10 bucati smile.gif

Nu e bine de fusta , se poate indoi si nici in bara nu e bine, e pacat sa gauresti o bara pentru proiectoare, se confectioneaza suporti si aia e.

25 euro proiectoarele, 25 euro transportul, 40 ron becurile si cateva ore bune de munca ca sa le reconditionez, cred ca sunt din anii 70, am avut si un set fabricate mai tarziu, noi noute. smile.gif

Astea sunt fostele proietoare, iar cele trei poze sunt cu cele actuale, le-am facut o proba dupa reconditionare smile.gif

Acestia sunt suportii originali de TS, ambutisati si scurti sa nu flambeze la rulajul masinii. Orice alt tip de improvizatii nu va da rezultate, numai daca fixezi direct in bara.
Deasemeni proiectoarele originale de R12 TS au prinderea din foto.

Se monteaza in suruburile ce tin suportul anterior de bara (in spatele suportului), cineva a mai dat o gaura intermediara in suporti pentru alt tip de masina.

Daca asa de bine cunoasteti si v-ati lovit de asa ceva, vreau si eu o sageata pe poza asta unde anume se monteaza suportii respectivi!

Si un site cu proiectoarele cu care erau echipate modelele Renault la vremea respectiva! :

Daca aveti documente postati si voi sa invete si altii ce echipari erau la vremea respectiva!

Proiectoarele mele apar in Catalogul Renault 12 Gordini si apar si pe siteul cu accesorii!

Asta ar fi pozitionarea lor. Daca vrei neaparat iti trimit sablon desfasurat si cote pentru indoire, dar va trebui sa folosesti tabla de 2 mm si sa ambutisezi undeva suportii.

Banuiesc ca nu-i face nimeni o matrita pt. ambutisarea a 2 suporti. wink.gif In schimb, se poate descurca lejer cu 2 console in forma de "L" (indoite, si cu nervura la indoitura, pt. intarire; se gasesc ieftin in magazine specializate), sau chiar 2 bucati de platbanda (2-3 mm, nu se deformeaza in mers, ca-s scurte), pe care le poate indoi si gauri dupa dorinta.

Eu am facut in felul urmator cu volanul sau nuca schimbator,la reprezentanta dacia cand lucram, l-am degresat foarte bine cu diluant, apoi baietii l-au suflat cu lac auto, a iesit impecabil si nici nu mai ai probleme.E strat f. subtire si rezistent.

Tot asa am facut si eu(de fapt vopsitorul) la un volan, l-am degresat bine dar dupa aceea i-am dat cu un primar pentru plastic, l-am vopsit cu negru mat iar la urma i-am dat cu lac si a iesit ca nou.
