But when something is not common, and when you experience some problem that they haven't heard about so far then they are lost and don't know how to solve the problem. When you go in this service you will see only new vehicles, because you must go there while the car is under guarantee, and foreign cars. When the guarantee expires nobody goes in this service because of the poor service quality. The major thing is not only smiling faces but job well done, and that is something that you can not expect in this service. |

well, maybe you had bad experiences, i had only good ones: the car was brought in at the appointed time,
and was ready, with 18 jobs checked and 5 or 6 actually worked on just 1.5 hrs later. one of our drivers actually waited. and we doublecheck, in our own way, very carefully what is done and what not. we have had cars there some 10-12 times past one year, and always, without exception, good experience. maybe it was luck. but it not always were new logans, we also had some repair done on an 12 year old R21, and again, to full satisfaction. fast, done as promised, and reasonably priced. what else would i want? and many cars were already out of warranty, nobody ever refused them. i am only reporting, not interpreting. if you had such bad experiences (how often ?), why not talk to one of their managers directly? also, there ARE other services in the country, no need to use this one if you feel so bad about them. but again: maybe we were just lucky, and you the opposite. it DOES happen. greetings - heinz - PS: suggestion, you and me have a cup of coffee together next time i am in skopje, and we talk about the many GOOD points of a DACIA. like a mini-LOGN-meeting, again. the last one we had in kumanovo, before that on lake mladost. |

Judging from your posts you are very experienced with cars and driving skills, it will be my pleasure to have a word with you. But again I, and many others from Macedonia have the same opinion about the service. And the things I mentioned yesterday were only the "soft" ones, how about missing things from your car (I know several cases), laughing at customers after they leave the service... and after seeing the worst thing with my own eyes (I dare not to mention) I suspect that I will ever again buy a brand sold by this dealer. I never said that they don't accept older cars, I said that rarely somebody goes in that service after the warranty period, during which you must go there for the warranty to be effective. Anyway this is your opinion about the service and I don't mean to have any influence, but just a friendly word: be careful and double check your car when picking it from service! I know many of the good points of DACIA, I'm referring to the service! not the car itself. Because (almost) every car have some kind of malfunction or a working error and the job of the service is to fix those defects. Heinz is a power of info on the Dacia but watch his Schnapps it is more powerfull .I only drank One Bottloe of it and my weekend passed by quickly
