Twingo 1 intr-adevar poate oricand candida cu sanse mari la cea mai oribila masina din lume...(desi ar pierde mereu in fata Fiatului Multipla...). Insa tocmai asta era frumos la ea, ca era deosebita. Nu ma intelegeti gresit, mai repede as fi calcat de un Twingo 1, decat sa fiu vazut la volanul ei...
Noul Twingo l-au gresit, in sensul ca arata chiar acceptabil.

Pot sa-ti spun ca iubesc Twingo 1?
Si asta din cauza ca e o masina "altfel". La Twingo nu exista jumatati de masura...ori o iubesti ori o urasti. Dar de aici pana a arunca faze de genul "cea mai urata masina din lume" e mult. Nu ai fi tu singurul om din juriul ala. Poate s-ar nimeri si unul din milioanele de fericiti posesori de Twingo.

Mie-mi plac la nebunie twingo1, modus, multipla si espace si imi plac tocmai ca nu arata ca masina parintilor. Toate sunt proiectate ca redefinire a spatiului si nu s-a pornit proiectarea de la idei preconcepute. Tocmai de aceea mi-am luat twingo si ma bucur ca masina asta s-a vandut in peste 2 milioane de exemplare.
Parca twingo2 s-a indepartat oarecum de ideea de monovolum...

Twingo, Clio, Megane, Laguna wub.gif , VelSatis, Scenic, Espace. Gusturile nu se discuta, dar nici nu se pot face afirmatii de genul "esec total", fiindca sunt o aberatie.

A, sa fiu scuzat, singurul Renault care arata super este Logan radmasa.gif Acrii mai sunt strugurii astia cand nu ajungi la ei...

Ce inseamna armonios ? Adica mai aproape de o "normalitate" unde masina sa nu se termine brusc sau ciudat (megane hatch, twingo, modus, espace) si toate liniile sa fie proportionale, adica sa nu fie faruri prea mari (Kangoo), aripi prea evidentiate (Clio 2)? Pai avem aici cel putin 3 masini: Megane sedan, Laguna si Scenic. Eu zic ca Renault face masini pentru toata lumea. Daca ar fi putin mai fiabile eu nu as avea nimic de reprosat acestei marci. Oricum taman aceste linii indraznete atrag multi clienti. Clienti care vor altceva. Iar eu cand ma urc intr-o masina germana de exemplu pot aprecia o gramada de lucruri, dar ce nu apreciez la ele e ca sunt prea impersonale. In schimba o masina gen noul Twingo imi place tocmai pentru ca o simt mai prietenoasa cumva.

Preturile in europa de vest vor porni de la 9.000 de euro.
Se pare ca este realizat pe baza platformei lui clio 2, iar in ce priveste asamblarea 80% din operatiunile de asamblare sunt preluate de la clio 2.

New Twingo made in Slovenia



Production of the third vehicle in Renault Commitment 2009 has started at the Novo Mesto plant in Slovenia.
To enhance the quality and profitability of New Twingo production, Renault:
• invested €400 million
• hired 700 people and trained them in Renault standards
• reduced initial outlay by 25% on Clio III


The plant was modernized and equipped with new technologies for New Twingo. Renault installed a line of stamping presses able to make large body parts, built more efficient cataphoresis equipment (for treating body surfaces) and constructed a covered test track.
To manufacture the new model alongside Clio II, 700 people were hired, taking the workforce to nearly 3,000. All the operators were trained an average 70 hours on how to assemble the new vehicle. Running on three shifts from May, the plant’s maximum output capacity is 210,000 vehicles a year, Twingo and Clio II combined.
Profitability targets for the project have been met, notably through the use of carry-over. Part of the running gear of Clio II, recognized for its dynamic and reassuring performance, was used for New Twingo. This method cuts costs in developing and adapting the production base: initial outlay for New Twingo was around 25% lower than for Clio III.
These demanding performance standards also apply to quality at Novo Mesto. The objective is to place New Twingo top-three in its segment on quality. The Slovenian plant scores extremely high on the quality of finished vehicles and respect for the production sequence, ensuring that customers receive their vehicles on time. In 2006, the JD Power CSI survey ranked Clio II, built exclusively in Slovenia since 2005, top-three on quality in its segment in France.
The plant has set new quality records for New Twingo. When manufacturing approval was obtained in February 2007, the number of observed defects was half that of Modus and Clio III – which score high on quality in surveys and the press – at the same phase of the project. The arrival of New Twingo has also stepped up the already considerable progress made with Clio II on ergonomics, with arduous workstations reduced by 20%.

New Twingo goes to market on June 15 in France, Italy and Slovenia and in September for the rest of Europe. It is the third model launched as part of Renault Commitment 2009 and the first for the Renault brand, announcing the start of the new product offensive in Europe. The newcomer has a twofold mission to build on the renown of Twingo I (2.4 million units sold since 1993) and win new customers (younger and more masculine) in new countries. Where the main customers of Twingo I were French, German and Italian, New Twingo is aimed at a more international clientele. More European than ever, it is available in right-hand drive to conquer the UK market, while its even more seductive styling will appeal to southern European countries.

Pai daca Twingo este urat fordul K cum este?? o capra pe 4 roti? hai sa fim seriosi...gusturile nu se discuta..tot timpul vor fi unii la care le va place si unii la care nu le va place...mie mi-a placut si vechiul twingo si imi place si noul twingo..

Nu stiu cum sa zic , insa mie imi place foarte mult aceasta masina:are design ingrijit cu atentie la detalii, este foarte functional si bine compartimentat la interior , care deasemenea este spatios pentru o masina din clasa ei si cel mai important lucru , prin dimensiunile ei este o masina foarte buna pentru oras.Daca va veni echipata cu o motorizare diesel , atunci chiar ca va rupe gura targului , cum se zice.

New Twingo is due to go on sale in France on June 15 and order books have been open across the Renault network in the country since May 29. New Twingo prices range from €7,990 to €16,200.


New Twingo is Renault's latest small car. Its dynamic, reassuring handling contributes to onboard comfort, while its modular interior is especially practical thanks to the numerous handy stowage spaces, a system of four sliding seats and unrivalled boot space for its class. New Twingo also offers unprecedented connectivity for its segment, as well as a wide range of possibilities to customize the car in the form of decorative trims and interior equipment. These basic features come on top of a long list of innovative equipment that makes New Twingo the ideal small car. New Twingo is scheduled for release in France in June, although it will be possible to place orders from May 29 within the Renault network.
After a period of fourteen years during which more than a million motorists in France have – in the words of the original slogan – invented a life to go with the original car, Twingo will be officially handing over the baton to New Twingo.

Six trim levels for an a la carte range

To respond as closely as possible to customer demand, Renault will be introducing six trim levels from New Twingo's launch, namely Twingo 1.2, Authentique, Expression, Initiale, Dynamique and GT. New Twingo's 'a la carte' approach permits customers to create a car as a function of their individual tastes and wishes..

The Twingo 1.2 version stands for simplicity and affordability thanks to its extremely competitive price tag of €7,990, yet neither comfort nor safety have been compromised since ABS, Emergency Brake Assist and driver and front passenger airbags are all delivered as standard equipment.
Meanwhile, the Authentique trim level features equipment not previous available for Twingo. In addition to electric windows, power steering and deadlocking, New Twingo Authentique is delivered with a height-adjustable steering wheel. Outside, to protect it from the hustle and bustle of city motoring, New Twingo comes with side protective strips and black exterior mirrors.
The specific cabin finish of the Expression trim level places the accent on practical, occupantfriendly features. For enhanced versatility, the front passenger seatback can be tipped forward to form a small table, while the independent rear seats are adjustable fore and aft.
The Dynamique and GT trim levels feature a racier ambience in keeping with their exterior styling.
The Dynamique trim level is based on refreshing design details such as orange upholstery stitching, a dark charcoal dashboard and a rev-counter. The exterior comes with sports bumpers and a bespoke grille with foglamps picked out in a satin grey surround. The exterior mirrors are body colour, while the B-post features a black strip. New Twingo Dynamique sits on 14-inch wheels with specific wheel trims.
With its assertive lines, the GT version is even more dynamic and stands out through its sports bumpers complete with GT branding, body colour side protective mouldings, 15-inch Noxiane aluminium alloy sports wheels with adhesive weights, chrome tailpipe, GT-branded sill, rear lip spoiler and satin grey exterior mirror housings. Inside, in addition to the leather steering wheel and gear lever knob, the GT trim level features practically the same equipment as Twingo Initiale, while extra-tinted windows are optionally available.
As is the case across the Renault range, the Initiale trim level stands out through its use of elegant materials and the availability of a wide range of equipment essentially unprecedented in New Twingo's segment. Equipment includes rain and light sensors, rear parking proximity sensors and foglamps. The cabin features predominantly light hues, while the light leather upholstery, leather gearlever knob and steering wheel and front and rear mats add a further touch of elegance and refinement. The exterior boasts metallic paint, 15-inch alloy wheels, body coloured side protective mouldings and exterior mirrors, plus sill protectors.

Campionul sigurantei si-a dat cu tesla in testicule la faza asta. Slabut. 28 de puncte fata de cele 35 ale lui Fiat 500 sunt foarte putine. Prevad ca modelul italian o sa-l detroneze si la vanzari. Dar mult de tot.

Eu zic ca nu va avea mare succes la vanzari! E o masinuta scumpa, mica , cu 4 stele la crashtest (e jale tocmai din partea Renault..vb. strict ca imagine) iar deja are ceva concurenta! Iata Fiatul 500 care arata si mai bine dupa mine ! Prevad un succes asemanator lui modus...

Citroen C1 ( probabil si Pug 107, Toyota Aygo) au obtinut doar 26 de puncte.
Preturile afisate intr-unul din posturile de mai sus nu cred ca sunt relevante pentru Romania. Probabila ca Twingo va fi mai scump decat 107, Aygo si C1 dar la calitatea materialelor de la interior va fi peste ele iar la dotari idem.
Fiat 500 cred ca va fi destul de scump, din ce am gasit pe net in Italia pretul va incepe de la aprox 10500 eur (asta da scump).
Oricum mie imi place foarte mult noul Twingo

Imi place foarte mult cum arata noul Twingo. E o masina excelenta pentru traficul nostru din Bucuresti. Ce sa zic...o masina de oras! icon_mrgreen.gif

Nu i se pare la nimeni ca e cam scump acest nou Twingo? Aproape 14000 de euro pentru dci dynamique, nivel de echipare care contine dotari de bu simt: servodirectie, a/c si sistem audio? Va reamintesc ca Clio 3 dci 70 dynamique e 13000 euro, fara reducerea din perioada asta.

Nu compara preturi de Franta cu preturi reduse de Romania!

Sa vina si la noi, sa vedem pachetele de preturi si dotari si apoi ne dam cu parerea.

Nu imi place deloc noua versiune. Twingo este deosebit, putin ciudat, dar atrage prin aspect, fapt pentru care am achizitionat unul anul trecut.
Pacat ca nu au pastrat designul exclusivist de pana acum . Asta e .....
