Si oare cum s-ar dezvolta cele doua game?
Volvo C30 - BMW seria 1 - nimic in comun
Volvo S40 - BMW seria 3 - nimic in comun
Volvo S60 - BMW seria 5 - aici ar putea fi dezvoltat ceva impreuna
Volvo S80 - BMW seria 7 - aici ar putea fi dezvoltat ceva impreuna
Volvo XC90 - BMW X5 - aici ar putea fi dezvoltat ceva impreuna

S60 este concurent cu seria 3
S80 este concurent cu seria 5

Daca s-ar intampla, este de vazut ce strategie va adopta BMW pentru Volvo. Nu cred ca vor mai urmari acelasi tip de piata pe care il urmareste acum Ford cu Volvo. S-ar ajunge la caniobalism intre cele doua marci.

E, hai, ca Volvo nu mai e de mult timp atat de bun.

Chiar daca ar cumpara BMW scopul nu ar fi sa se concureze singuri ci sa se adreseze altor tipologii de consumatori.

Mai mult ca sigur ca nu se vor adresa aceleiasi piete de consumatori.
Volvo a inceput in ultimul timp sa incerce o apropiere de un segment de oameni mai tineri fata de clientii lor obisnuiti. Exact taramul BMW. Probabil ca BMW va adopta o strategie de " masina conservatoare ".
Dar haideti ca iar dezvoltam discutii pe baza unor simple zvonuri...

Ford Motor Corp detine marcile Ford, Lincoln, mercury ( atat cred din SUA ), Jaguar, Aston Martin, Land Rover, Volvo si Mazda.
Ca o curiozitate despre globalizare, Jaguar X-Type este construit pe platforma vechiului Mondeo.

Bangle a fost avansat pe linie moarta, asa ca adio design Bangle.
Mie imi place design Bangle, dar eu nu sunt cleint BMW.
Cred ca Volvo va fi o masina care sa concureze in gama semi-premium conservatoare, iar BMW va ramane pe segmentul lui.
