stiu ca playerele auto care au tranzistoare tip MOSFET sunt mai bune,dar nu stiu diferenta intre MOSFET si S-MOSFET,cum vad ca apare la unele playere........
e ceva legat de denumire sau tine si de tehnologie???

S-MOSFET features a unique technology called SOI (silicon on insulator) and it's primary function is to reduce noise and cross talk that normally occur between audio channels.

EL. Mi se pare ca doar Sony foloseste asa ceva.
