Întrebare întrebătoare...

Dețin un laptop cu licență OEM Windows 8. Am făcut la data apariției un update la Windows 8.1, și acum am "rezervat" update-ul pentru Windows 10.

Windows 10 va modifica și partiția "recovery", a.î. la nevoie, reinstalarea sistemului să fie direct pe Windows 10? Sau, la reinstalare, va trece prin pașii Windows 8, Windows 8.1, și în final la Windows 10 ?

Salutare, problema, poate stie careva cauza...se aude un tiuit continuu din difuzorul ala mic de pe placa de baza, mentionez ca am fost o perioada plecat de acasa ,s a adunat praf considerabil pe coolerul de la procesor si de la placa video, iar madama mea n a avut nici o treaba, l a folosit asa, ieri l am curatat, dar tot se aude..banuiesc ca ar putea fi o alarma de supraincalzire, dar ar fi trebuit sa dispara dupa curatare..

n am nici o alarma..totul e ok, temperatura procesorului e la 49 de grade...asta ma enerveaza..are ceva ca tiuie, dar nu stiu ce...

Io nu prea am nimic de pierdut pe laptop-ul respectiv (îl folosesc doar pentru ceva office, multimedia & shit).
"Tancul" de "produs" rămâne pe 7.

Oi vedea de mâine (sau de când își va face sistemul update) încolo, cum a fi cu Windows 10.

Se pare că nici-nici.

Recovery image nu mai e nici necesar de avut, nici de actualitate în viitor. Sper doar ca după upgrade de la Windows 8.1 (și 8 implicit), sistemul să aibă exact aceleași caracteristici ca un Windows 10 "fresh".

"We are also redesigning Windows’ Refresh and Reset functionalities to no longer use a separate recovery image (often preinstalled by manufacturers today) in order to bring Windows devices back to a pristine state. Eu am niste "legacy apps" care necesita Windows si nu merg cu Wine, iar sotia nu poate renunta la Office. In rest, Xubuntu is the way. Perfect pentru browsing, mail, office (am MS Office instalat cu Wine: Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

LE: is curios cum s-ar misca 10-le pe un netbook cu 7 Starter si 2GB RAM.

Absolut deloc, da' noi la sectie folosim Windows. Si numa ce-am terminat sa ne dotam cu W7 de la XP, si deja sa facem update la W10? Cand nici pe W7 n-am rezolvat bugurile ERP-ului.
