Deci faza de tot rasul, marele gm, maretul gm printre primii constructori mondiali, apeleaza din nou la statul american (dupa ce au imprumutat de la guvern -- cu dobanda foarte mica-- 25 de miliarde de dolari impreuna cu ford si chrsyler) pt a face rost de 10 miliarde de dolari , necesari pentru preluarea chrysler-ului. In contrapartida statul va deveni actionar la acest monolit tongue.gif Tare de tot daca se intampla asta, in primul rand dpdv al concurentei, apoi dpdv al conceptului (practic asistam la o mica nationalizare a industriei auto americane) ..

Which is one of the (many) reasons we still don't understand the GM-Chrysler union. The additional $10 billion we can swallow -- after all, the government spends much more than that on projects that could be considered far more dubious than trying to save an astronomical number of jobs and businesses. And we know what Cerberus gets from the deal. We'd like to find out what the GM guys see that makes this merger attractive... other than the fact that Chrysler has $11 billion in cash

NU mi se pare nimic asa nepotrivirt.E mai bine asa decat sa dea faliment compania sa ramana cu zeci de mii de oameni someri pe care o sai suporte statul plus ca din toate astea o sa fie pierderi enorme pt stat.
