Dacia recommend to use...

or

ELF competition ST 10W-40 ACEA A3/B3/B4

especially within the warranty period

ok, fine... those two are synthetic and semi-synthetic.
My case. On first service (month ago) on 10000km, they put in new MINERAL oil. Whole service price was 4500din (~55e) ... few days ago, my friend with same car, paid same service 6500din (~80e) ... they said it was because difference in price of oils! ... he maybe get (god knows which) synthetic oil...

of course, same authorized service (reno sekulic, vetrnik)

...and ideas of what should I do?

...maybe to do next service few thousands km earlier, find recommended oil and bring it with me to service? smile.gif

Look at your service book.

I just had a first service!

Thay changed my oil and they put Valvoline SynPower 5w-50, they also changed filter, put some Valvoline Fx Coolant in the water and added some wipers detergent and I paid for that 6700 dinara. I did that at service in Staro Sajmiste, Beograd.

For the oil I checked it on the net and thay sad it's good, but I first heard now about that oil.

Yes, I am. Because they left me a bottle with 0.2l left in it.

And they put a big Valvoline commercial in front of the service center and spare parts store.

So, from now on it seems to me that the Reno, Nissan and Dacia in Belgrade will have only Valvoline oil.

Could somebody tell me something about that ol I mentioned and compare it to Elf oil?

Valvoline had a contract with DACIA long before Renault bought them. Then, Renault had to keep on using Texaco Valvoline for the first engine oil fill (and maybe for waranty service check-ups). It is a full synthetic motor oil and you should keep using this type of oil.
