The Renault Group has announced that the introduction of the Dacia logan Van is postponed for all other countries than Romenia. Dacia needs all production space in the Pitesti factory to keep up with the Dacia logan MCV's demand.

The Dacia logan Van is now expected to be introduced in other countries than Romania mid 2008. It's not clear wether or not the release of the Dacia logan Hatchback is also at stake for the same reason.

Nice to see thin king of interest in the Dacia brand from people outside Romania.

There is a LOT of interest in Dacia, although it mostly concentrates on the MCV. At http://www.dacialoganmcv.nl/ every day about 800-1000 unique visitors come to see and read about the MCV (and Dacia of course). And keep in mind this is just a 'Dutch' site (nevertheless it's one of the most complete MCV-sites in the world) so it's potiential is limited to that language.

In case people in Romenia didn't notice it yet: the Dacia Logan MCV sales and interest is going skyhigh all over Europe...

The skyhigh interest in Dacia MCV (mainly) is well know here in Romania, that is why I said it's nice to see that kind of interest in the brand.


I have visited the site, too bad it's all in dutch, may i suggest a future English version?

The comparison with Audi and Volo is awsome!

I concidered an English version, but I believe a real community will only accelarate in the own, foreign language. Isn't the most of this site also Romenian for that same reason..?

Besides that, the specific main audiance interested in the Dacia Logan MCV is not always familiar with communicating in English. Nevertheless, www.dacialoganmcv.nl contains about the largest collection of links and photos about the MCV in the world and images are universal...

What would be interesting to know is what kind of engine choise is the most popular for the MCV in the Netherlands...

In The Netherlands all diesel engines are high on tax rate,
that basicly why the 1.5 dCi isn't that popular. And that's
also the reason the 85 PK version won't be sold in our country.
