Chiar si in anul 2011 daciile mai vechi de anul 96 (sau care e anul restrictionat) vor mai avea voie sa circule pe drumurile publice cu conditia sa mai corespunda din vedere tehnic. Nu te va putea obliga sa retragi masina din circulatie fortat dar se vor impune niste taxe exagerate care vor obliga populatia sa isi retraga de bunavoie autovehicolele din circulatie
