Am o luna februarie de kkt. Clientii intarzie cu datele, proiectele noi se taranganeaza un pic, cele vechi sunt deja la arhiva ... asa ca stau si o ard pe forum(uri). Dupa cum am spus, cand o sa dispar in neant, cu aparitii sporadice, inseamna ca mi-au venit datele sau s-au trezit proiectele dormante. Pana atunci insa, ghinion ( © Iohannis).

Cum sa fie? Simplu de tot: comunicarea = 1. verbala, adica cu cuvinte; 2. paraverbala; 3. nonverbala. Comunicarea verbala (cu cuvinte) se realizeaza oral si in scris.

Depinde de contract, locatarul poate cere diverse lucruri la semnarea unui contract de la locator.Exista si cartea funciara in care se poate inscrie dreptul de inchiriere.
