Te asigur ca dupa ce voi schimba lichidul de racire (Care e urmatoarea operatiune pe lista pt R 21) ma voi ocupa de curatarea si vopsirea etrierilor si tamburilor. wink.gif

Am mentionat in postul anterior ca asa au venit discurile din fabrica.
Cum se vad montate pe masina.

Nu le-am facut eu nimic.

Referitor la pistonasele de la etrierii daciei tale cred ca pot fi demontate, degresate si apoi cadmiate.

Vorbeste cu horace 1973 (Horatiu).
El avea o relatie in acest sens (in Bv). wink.gif

L.E: De altfel, dupa cum bine stii (cred) sunt anumiti producatori de discuri de frana (EBC spre exemplu) care produc discuri de frana performante (ventilate si perforate) care sunt si protejate anti coroziv (cadmiate). smile.gif

L.L.E: O alta varianta ar mai putea fi sa inlocuiesti pistonasele etrierilor cu unele din inox, facute la comanda sau daca gasesti 2 la "un mosulica", facute pe vremuri, in uzina.
Au existat.
Acelea impreuna cu un set de garnituri de caitate decenta cred ca ar trebui sa rezolve problema.
Sau, daca nimic nu a rezolvat problema ta, atunci alti etrieri care sa se potriveasca (de transplant) de la un model Renault (alta calitate.

Pana in prezent, nu am avut probleme cu pistonase blocate la nici unul dintre "romburi".
Nici la 25 (care sta 99% din timp in garaj) si nici la 21.

Doar la Volvo, cu etrierii originali, care nu au fost revizuiti niciodata in 24 de ani de utilizare! (nu de stat).

Dar i-am reconditionat pe cei de pe fata si inlocuit cu unii reconditionati de fabrica pe spate si de 4 ani, de cand am facut revizia sistemului de franare nu mai am nici o problema cu franele. wink.gif

Astazi dupa amiaza am demontat si curatat tamburii, sabotii..., schimbat rulmentul dreapta spate, uns ambii rulmenti, inlocuit piulitele de la butucii spate si capacelele metalice de la butuci.

Azi am scapat de gumele vechi de pe jantele de otel.
Urmeaza roluirea, sablarea, vopsirea in camp electrostatic, montarea valvelor scurte cu masti cromate si apoi a gumelor de iarna. smile.gif

Multumesc pentru ajutor!

Ne fiind combina Philips 2DIN specifica unor echipari Safrane blush.gif mai caut pana gasesc cea cu radio, casetofon si CD, ca in foto atasata, tip 22 DC 982 / 62 CC + CD sau 22 DC 982 /72 CC + CD.

L.E: Cu toate ca am destule casete audio, ma intereseaza dar numai daca sunt originale (nu "trase") cu muzica din anii '80 -'90 (inclusiv Eurodance, Eurorap), doar in stare buna ("pe probate"). biggrin.gif

Daca tot am schimbat pompa de apa, lichidul de racire am inlocuit si colierele de la furtunele de la radiator si toate suruburile, saibele si piulitele de la radiator cu unele din inox (A2). wink.gif

Daca tot am demontat radiatorul de pe masina, am decis sa refac deflectoarele de pe el. biggrin.gif

Cum aveau 22 de ani nu mai erau in cea mai buna forma. sad.gif

Dat fiind faptul ca in reteaua Renault nu mai sunt disponible (le-am comandat si dupa 3 saptamani de asteptare am primit raspuns ca nu mai sunt livrabile) le voi reface personal. wink.gif

Azi am scapat de pop niturile care au fixat bucatile de material de suportii metalici, am dat la perie fiecare suport si apoi imbaiat in Evipass (actualul Deruginol).

Maine urmeaza degresarea si primerul. smile.gif

Apoi vopsirea (negru lucios) si lacul.

In final, confectionarea noilor deflectoare dupa sabloanele din carton facute pe baza bucatilor originale de material si montarea lor pe suporti.

Azi am aplicat al doilea strat de primer pe suporti si scos masina la o tura scurta (aprox 6km) fiind cald afara si uscat drumul.

Colierele de unde le-ai luat?
Am mare nevoie de vreo 5l de Super Kromofag,caci la primvara vreau sa spal un tractor si e plin de straturi de vopsea din care unul cu miniu de plumb!

Spor la curatat!

Tractoarele (utilajele agricole & forestiere) de la noi, in general, sunt pline de mizerie acumulata in ani de exploatare nechibzuita.

In fostul U 650 am gasit, in punte, pamant (noroi) biggrin.gif
