De multa vreme ma tot intreb ceva.Prin orasul meu trece drumul european E85.Am voie sa merg prin oras pe strada aceea fara rovigneta,sau E85 se considera doar varianta ocolitoare a orasului. Eu stau in Buzau.Stie cineva?
