La mine mai subtire cu urcatul pe munte ca ma supara spatele(deh, boala profesionala), iar pe 12-13 cred ca sunt la Jaristea la soacra-mea la cules de struguri laugh.gif. Cel mai probabil plec simbata asta caci, spre rusinea mea, n-am fost niciodata pe TF. Ma gindesc sa fac traseul invers, adica sa ma duc mai intii pe la Bran, apoi spre Sighisoara la o super ciorba de burta 04.gif, si dupa aia sa caut o cazare in zona Cartisoara. Duminica traversez TF-ul, ma opresc la Pitesti la verii mei si cam asta e.

Nu cred ca e o idee buna sa vi dinspre Cartisoara, cel putin nu daca ajungi in jurul pranzului.
Acum 2 sapt era o coada de cam 3-4 km la urcare.

Sau daca vi de acolo sa incerci sa pleci cat mai de dimineata(pe la 10 - 10:30 sa fi acolo).
Mai poti sa urci si pe muntii din apropierea Balea, pt ca privelistea e superba.

Eu zic ca acum se poate merge fara probleme in weekend, e totusi septembrie, a trecut perioada concediilor cand se ingramadea toata lumea. Eu in fiecare an am mers cel putin o data intre 15 sept si 15 octombrie si a fost intotdeauna liber, maxim 15-20 masini la Balea. Cel mult weekendul asta va mai fi putin mai aglomerat, dar oricum nu se compara cu august.

Eu am fost pe 21 august, zi de vineri ora 12.

Cam asa arata urcarea Balea Cascada > Balea Lac:

Pe drum am depasit 3 masini...pt ca mergeau cu 20-30km/h in rest poza vorbeste de la sine.

de facut se poate sunt 600 km, dar nu ai prea mult timp pentru vizitat sau opriri. In sibiu... iti trebuie o saptamana sa il vizitezi.

Ai timp lejer, eu am facut acelasi traseu, dar in sens invers, adica m-am dus pe Valea Oltului si m-am intors pe TF. Eu am iesit din Bucuresti la 7:30 si seara la 18 eram acasa. Dar eu nu am mai mers la Sibiu, ca l-am vazut de suficient de multe ori. Dar daca pleci la 6 dimineata din Buc si nu te deranjeaza sa te intorci in jur de 8 seara eu zic ca ai timp destul sa vezi si Sibiul.

Insa iti recomand sa mergi cum am mers eu, ajungi mult mai repede pe Valea Oltului, la ora aia mai ales e liber, plus ca vizitezi intai Sibiul, mananci la o terasa si dupa aia ai tot timpul ramas pentru TF.

Daca faci intai TF o sa te grabesti sa ajungi cat mai repede la Sibiu ca pe la 16:30 se inchid muzeele, plus ca dimineata pana in ora 12 pe TF de obicei e ceata si nu prea vezi nimic.

Am fost si eu astazi. Am plecat pe la 8.15 din Bucuresti (Dr. Taberei) si am mers pe Pitesti - Rm. Valcea - Talmaciu - Transfagarasan - Curtea de Arges - Pitesti - Bucuresti.
La 20.10 eram in fata blocului.

Vremea a fost foarte buna pentru excursie. Ne-am oprit pe Dealul Negru la mici (parca nu mai sunt ce au fost) si am respirat vreo ora si jumatate aer curat de munte linistiti pe iarba pe coborarea spre Vidraru. In rest mici pauze de relaxare.
In Arges au asfaltat o parte din drum. Insa de la coada barajului pana la Vidraru drumul este destul de prost in cea mai mare parte a lui (cu gropi, valurit si peticit prost). Am vazut si utilajele. Se odihneau. Poate reusesc sa asfalteze tot drumul in Arges.
In Sibiu drumul este valurit si peticit pana la Balea Cascada. De la cascada pana la Lac este bun.
Desi a fost weekend, nu a fost foarte aglomerat. La Vidraru aglomeratia era la jumatate decat ce am intalnit intr-o sambata de august.

Ieri am dat o tura pana la Balea Cascada si inapoi, nu prea aglomerat, o adevarata placere smile.gif. Am iesit la 9 din Bucuresti, Pitesti, Curtea de Arges, la 1 eram la Balea Lac, iar la 6 am plecat de acolo pe acelasi traseu, la 9 eram acasa.
Am coborat pana la cabana balea cascada si am urcat pana la cascada pe jos, 1h 1/2 dus-intors de la cabana.
Drumul in afara de cateva tuneluri la Vidraru si 10km pe langa lac care sunt mai denivelati e ok, spre coada lacului fiind covor asfaltic nou. Sa speram ca pana la anul rectifica ce a mai ramas.

E deschis sigur si acum are farmec ca nu prea e lume si e mai salbatic. Eu dau o tura pe 23 si daca ramane vremea buna cu siguranta mai merg o data si in octombrie.
