Si eu am fost putin dezamagit cand am vazut ca a obtinut doar 4 stele la crash-test.
Dar, cum zicea cineva mai sus, in afara de Fiat 500 si Mini, in clasa asta masinile au obtinut 4 stele sau mai putin.
Curios este faptul ca, cel putin pe site-ul EuroNcap, nu apare punctaj pt. "Pole test". Ori nu s-a efectuat ori a obtinut 0 puncte, desi nu as crede, pt. ca la impactul lateral a obtinut maximul de 16 puncte.
In cazul in care nu s-a efectuat testul probabil ca ar mai trebui adaugate 2 puncte (pe care cred ca le-ar fi obtinut) si atunci ajungem la 30 de puncte.

Oricum, speram la 5 stele de la Renault. sad.gif

Mai are mult de tras Renault pana sa-i ajunga pe italieni din urma.E frumos noul Twingo dar e tipic Renault,interior ieftin ,finisari cam indoielnice si motorizari oarecum slabe.Pretul e destul de mare in comparatie cu noul Fiat 500.Acuma,fiecare cu gusturile lui,eu as alege un 500.
P.S. Fiat a vandut 58.000 de exemplare din 500,nu 40.000!

Eu l-am vazut live la Paris intr-un showroom renault. Nu pot sa zic ca m-a entuziasmat. Mi s-a parut relativ banal la exterior, fara nicio chestie care sa iti placa. Interiorul tipic Renault, o combinatie intre Modus si vechiul Twingo. Am vazut in schimb un Fiat 500 care mi s-a parut foaaarte misto. Nu ii dau nicio sansa lui Twingo in fata micului Fiat.

NEW TWINGO FITTED WITH ESP


Renault is fitting its entry-level vehicle with ESP to make the system available to as many drivers as possible. The New Twingo will be fitted with ESP, which assists drivers in the event of a vehicle losing grip. As with New Kangoo, the new Modus range and Clio Estate, Renault is offering ESP on all its new vehicles at a reasonable price.

This system is the latest addition to a comprehensive range of active safety features on New Twingo: a sound-handling chassis, ABS and emergency brake assist. They position Twingo at the forefront of its segment in terms of handling and accident avoidance.
New Twingo will be offered with ESP as an option (except 1.2 60hp) at a reasonable price (€300 in France). Renault’s dealer network in France will be taking orders from 31 March.

The active safety of a bigger car

Renault is making ESP available to the widest possible range of customers by fitting it on its entry-level vehicle. As with New Kangoo, the new Modus range and Clio Estate, Renault is offering ESP on all its new vehicles at a reasonable price.
ESP is the latest addition to an already comprehensive range of active safety devices fitted as standard on New Twingo: a sound-handling chassis, ABS and emergency brake assist.
ESP is offered as an option on this small car (except 1.2 60hp), at a reasonable price (€300 in France) and will be available from Renault dealers from 31 March.
This positions New Twingo at the forefront of its segment in terms of handling and accident avoidance.

Staying in control

The aim of ESP (Electronic Stability Program) is to maintain a car on the trajectory intended by the driver in spite of a loss of grip of one or more wheels.
Tyres can lose grip as a result of an emergency manoeuvre, excessive cornering speed, a slippery surface, snow or even a poorly maintained road surface. This makes it hard, if not impossible, to keep control of the car. By sensing the warning signs of these phenomena, ESP helps the driver to manage the situation.
Seven sensors record data which allows the ESP processor to brake one or more wheels, while also regulating engine torque, to ensure the car stays on the intended cornering line.
The system works in close conjunction with the ABS.

Driving correction systems on New Twingo
- Continental MK70 ABS: standard
- Emergency brake assist: standard
- Bosch 8.1 ESP, with understeer control and ASR traction control: option (€300 in France), except with the 1.2 60hp engine.

recunosc ca nu am studiat atent interiorul noului twingo, datorita faptului ca urasc interioarele cu instrumentarele de bord plasate pe centru, deci nu stiu daca lucrurile care mi-au atras atentia sunt doar pe aceasta editie limitata sau si pe versiunile normale. mare importanta nu are, dar va rog lamuriti-ma si pe mine, ce sunt tepisorii aia de pe portiunea de bord din spatele volanului???? blink.gif blink.gif

Masinile astea cred ca au fost destul de bine facute ... ca vad o groaza de twingo vechi pe strada. Cred ca asta e unul din motivele pentru care nu se vand la noi biggrin.gif.

Vazut si pozat renault twingo in parcare la plaza mall.Nu am putut face mai multe poze din cauza gorilelor de la BGS care pazeau zona.Cel mai mult mi-a placut la masina asta interiorul sooper frumos de culoare gri cu mp3 playerul pozitionat in consola centrala cumva iesit spre exterior,volanul din piele cu CC scaunele din piele...cred ca era modelul full...

si eu zic ca arata bine ..bara fata este sooper are un "aer" sport si numai zic de interior care m-a cucerit de la prima privire...cu aeratoarele micute din consola centrala ,pozitionarea player-ului,ceasurile de bord care in poza nu se vad prea bine dar sunt foarte aratoase....etc....o masinuta FRESH!!!!

Il aduc si in Romania din toamna. Prezenta lui pe strazi cu numere de probe se explica prin faptul ca ca Renault Technologie Roumanie (RTR) este (acum) deplin responsabil de dezvoltarea acestui model.

E logic sa faca testele sau o parte dintre ele prin Romania

Fata de vechiul Twingo sunt diferente.
Elemente care totusi o fac mai avansata putin ca Twingo 1.

Apare intradevar ESP-ul (o chestie buna), clima automata, interiorul acuma este COMPLET acoperit cu plastic (inainte existau portiuni cum ar fi stalpii, partial interiorul portierei, care erau TABLA CHIOARA).
O chestie care mie mi se pare foarte buna reprezinta cele 2 scaune (cum sunt cele din fata) care inlocuiesc bancheta, si care se pot deplasa fata-spate, sau se pot rabata independent - avantaj daca apare o a 3-a persoana in spate + ceva bagaje.

Apare ca optiune tempomatul si regulatorul la motorizarile 1.2 16v, 1.2 16v Turbo si 1.6 16v (cu toate ca Renault nu a suflat o vorbulita de faptul ca si la vechiul Twingo cu motorul 1.2 16v are aceasta optiune neexpolatata)

Un turometru (de tip addon) deci nimic evolutiv, practic asta se poate pune la ORICE masina care nu are Turometru - deci nu este integrat in bord.

La sistemul audio apare USB-ul + Bluetooth-ul ca add-on. Si aici, nimic nou sub soare.

Si altceva ...ATAT.

Binenteles sa nu uitam motorizarile noi:
1.5 DCi @ 65cp
D4F TCE (1.2 16V Turbo @ 100cp)
K4M RS (1.6 16V @ 133cp) normal aspirat insa cu ceva modificari - axa cu came modificata, modificari pe parte de admisie aer, compresia marita in camera de ardere la 11.0:1...etc.

Ultimile 2 motorizari sunt prezente NUMAI pe versiunile GT si RS - versiuni care au un pret de achizitie foarte mare biggrin.gif
Numai ca idee GT -ul pleaca de la 14.200 euro ... iar RS-ul pleaca de la 16.000 euro wacko.gif ...ambele preturi fiind FARA TVA.

In rest sunt prezente si cele 2 motorizari de pe vechiul Twingo, anume D7F (1.2 8V @ 60cp) respectiv D4F (1.2 16V @ 75cp) - in aceste versiuni Twingo 2 vine cu preturi de achizitie mai "domestice".

Cea mai mare schimbare o reprezinta totusi caroseria, complet difera fata de Twingo 1, care cel putin mie mi se pare ca da in banal.
