Da, ala e un difuzor smile.gif Singurul dealtfel... Poti pune un radiator acolo doar ca va trebui decupata consola in spate ca sa aduci furtunele. Desi daca vrei neaparat radiator ai putea sa-l maschezi mai bine in alta parte wink.gif

imi pare rau ca nu reconditioneaza si motoare Dacia ... desi mai intreb si in clubul Broscutelor din Baia Mare, de maine se aduna smile.gif superbe si masinutele alea, si le povestesc un pic mai multe despre tine da' de ii este mila la careva si-i convingem pe cei din Ungaria sa o faca si pe a ta ... caci sculele le au parametrii de montaj ale motorului facem noi rost si le trimitem ... sau asa m-am gandit eu.
Iar distanta ... se poate rezolva si aia asa in stil American: scoti motorul > il faci colet (asa intreg) intr-o cutie din lemn > o expediezi ... tot ar fi mai ieftin decat livratul personal ...
Zic eu, ca eu asa as face...
Apropo expediere piese: caut de ceva vreme atelier care sa-mi cromeze barile si inca vreo 2-3 piese, si am citit in acest topic ca si tu intentionezi sa cromezi anumite piese...unde si cat costa??? Sunt dispus sa le trimit prin posta (sil American smile.gif ), asta in azul in care nu-mi iese proiectul din weekendul asta cu reconditionarea lor ...
Spor in continuare, sunt cu ochi pe topic... wink.gif biggrin.gif cool.gif

PS ca de nu gasesc pe nimeni sa cromeze la un pret rezonabil fac rost de solutie de cromium si o fac eu laugh.gif numai nevasta sa nu ma omoare cand primim factura de la curent radmasa.gif

mie mi se par cromate, la fel ca si manerele & co.
dar poate ca ai dreptate, insa la un finish lucios nu se observa vreo diferenta, si cromatul este mai rezistent decat nichelatul...

smile.gif Ma bucur ca sunteti interesati. Lucrarile n-au fost abandonate wink.gif Deocamdata strang piese. Am o promisiune de vopsire, dar undeva prin februarie. Masina este in conservare momentan, urmand sa ma apuc de partea mecanica imediat cum am toate cele necesare. Intrucat nu am gasit un mecanic priceput care sa vina sa lucreze la garaj (masina e radiata si n-o pot plimba decat pe platforma mad.gif ) mi-am luat prese de pivoti, de comprimat arcuri, cricuri, etc si voi face operatiunile mecanice cu prietenii biggrin.gif . Produsul finit sper sa-l puteti vedea in vara viitoare wub.gif

acum iarna lumea are concediu, are cheltuieli... probabil Albert va incepe la masinuta dupa sfarsitul lui ianuarie, cand se mai aseaza caltaboshii si friptura bine in stomac, si trece lenea de sarbatori. oricum e tare frig afara, e masochism curat sa demontezi pe masina fara incalzire sau fara un loc f bine amenajat

Eiiii sa zicem ca a venit primavara..... tongue.gif Dupa o lunga asteptare si dupa ce s-a mai topit zapada, am luat motorul in spate si l-am dus la mecanic.... wink.gif Urmeaza desfacerea lui si in functie de ce gasim acolo actionam in consecinta. O sa fac si poze...Astept sa se mai incalzeasca putin si ma apuc de partea mecanica. Din pacate nu am incalzire la garaj ca asi fi lucrat si acum.
In principiu am cam toate piesele, imi mai trebuie parbriz (il cumpar nou, am inteles ca se gaseste) si alte cateva nimicuri.
Cu vopsirea va trebui sa mai astept pana prin martie-aprilie cand voi avea posibilitatea accesului cu costuri reduse la un cuptor.
PS. Stie cineva codul de culoare care era pe Dacia pentru negru?

Am desfacut motorul. Am constatat ca dealungul timpului a fost doar segmentat. Dupa toate constatarile trebuie sa achizitionez:
-set motor (o sa iau Borgo)
-lant de distributie
-set de garnituri de motor - Fermit
-cuzineti biela reparatia 1
-cuzineti de palier mic reparatia 1
-patina (o sa pun mecanica)
-disc ambreiaj (ar fi bine sa schimb in acelasi timp si placa si rulmentul?)
-simering palier si distributie
-pinion delco (partea aia mica nu stiu cum se numeste)
Chiulasa e buna, va fi planata, axa rectificata la cota 1, supapele "aranjate".

Prioritatea este sa iau piese originale, noi, sau cat mai bune daca originale nu se mai gasesc.
Intrebare: Sa pun pompa de ulei cu debit marit? E mai bine? Cat poate costa?
Astept pareri si sfaturi...

despre ambreiaj doar pot sa iti spun - ia tot kitul daca tot esti acolo - e pacat sa fie nevoie sa desfaci mai tarziu pt asta.
ar mai fi o chestie de verificat si schimbat daca e cazul - ansamblul ala de parghiute si furcute - unde intra parghia schimbatorului in cutie (nu e nevoie sa desfaci toata cutia ca sa ajungi la ele wink.gif )

Nu stiu ce diametru, voi verifica maine...Dar 99% e 170. Ok, o sa schimb si placa si rulmentul. De cutie ma voi ocupa separat si voi verifica ansamblul ala. Vreau sa o desfac si sa o curat. Multumesc pentru pont wink.gif
