Pentru o casa bine izolata, n-ar fi asa un cap de tara. Dupa ce-i incalzesti peretii poti pierde mai putina caldura decit la un bloc standard. Si am auzit ca su Suedia ar avea carbune.

Nu sunt deloc probleme cu caldura, izolatia blocului fiind una de exceptie. Adica, nici cand afara sunt -20 de grade caloriferele nu trebuie sa duduie. Temperatura in casa e constanta, la 21-22 de grade. Si sufrageria are 2 pereti exteriori, cu geamuri biggrin.gif.

Stai sa caut prin emailuri, parca aveam si planul apartamentului de pe vremea cand cautam chirie.

Pai o asemenea temperatura interioara e mica pentru Români. Noi vorbim de la 24 - 25 in sus.

Da' ce faceti oamenilor la 25 de grade? Va coaceti la foc mic? Eu si in Romania tot 21-22 tineam in casa ca altfel lesin de cald. Stau in tricou la temperatura asta si ma simt lejer.

Asa ... am gasit si planul apartamentului ... cam asta e standardul mediu suedez in ceea ce priveste o locuinta pentru 3 persoane. Se mai adauga cate o camera pentru fiecare persoana aditionala, plus, eventual (ceea ce eu nu am) o camera de oaspeti.

Mda .. eu as fi vrut unul de 130-150mp (fata de 90 cat are asta de acum), dar nu sunt prea dese si nici ieftine (dar eu caut in continuare).

Cumperi dreptul de a locui in acel apartament. Apartamentul in sine, peretii, sunt ai asociatiei. Nu poti da gauri cu bormasina cu percutie si nu poti atarna pisici moarte pe balcon daca nu ai acordul asociatiei.

Oricum, eu sunt amarastean .. eu stau in chirie.

Din schita observ ca livingul ala de 38 mp e de fapt living cu bucatarie. Daca scazi suprafata destinata bucatariei si locul pentru luat masa, scazi cam 1/3 din 38 mp. Ramane un spatiu comparabil cu o camera mai mare din bloc obisnuit.
Se pune problema incalzirii doar in betoane neizolate.
21 de grade e cam rece pentru un spatiu de locuit. Sub 24 e rece, exclus sa stai in tricou daca n-ai izolatie naturala temeinica, sau daca nu esti in calduri. blush.gif
