Unui coleg i-au mazgalit graffitistii portiera si nici macar nu era vreo rabla, dar asa au considerat ei ca e culeanu sa mazgalesti toate masinile din paracera blocului.

intr-o vreme scria pe zeci de garduri Malone cenzuratu' oaaaauuuu ce exprimare artistica.

Pai cum adica a trebuit? Le explicam cat de cretini sunt, ii avertizam sa isi vada de treaba ca nu e de gluma si le uram prajala placuta, in caz ca erau temerari si ii rugam sa incerce pe la 22:30, sa nu prinda ora de varf, ca intarzie lumea aiurea.

Faza cu "trasul corentului" nu-i chiar asa de absurda. Dar are mai mult legatura cu transpiratia decat cu curentul de aer. De ce? Trece corentu' peste transpiratie, asta se evapora. Evaporarea e endoterma, adica zona se raceste. Din cauza temperaturilor diferite se pot produce unele contractii musculare locale. Si io-te-asa l-a tras pe Gogu curentu'.
Acelasi efect il are si vantul, da' ala nu se pune, ca n-ai pe cine da vina.

Cine tine transpiratia sub control, nu prea sufera de curent.

Da, e ... e o limba dificila. Ma bucur ca stai de 15 ani prin tari straine ... felicitari.
Eu unul nu m-am plans niciodata de curent sau vant si, chiar daca il gasesc cateodata deranjant este exact atat ... un mic disconfort si nimic mai mult. Nu ma imbolnavesc si nu mor de la vant.

Daca cei sensibili la curent (orice ar insemna asta) isi stiu aceasta slabiciune, nu au decat sa poarte protectie pentru urechi sau caciuli/palarii.sepci .. sau ce mai poarta lumea pe sfecla. Daca MAJORITATEA ar "suferi" de curent de aer atunci as intelege sa blochezi toate sursele, iar ceilalti, insensibili nu au decat sa poarte ventilatoare personale.

Ce faci tu in camionul tau este treaba ta si iti impui regulile tale .. caci e spatiul TAU, nu e spatiu public. In spatiile publice insa, temperatura si ventilatia trebuiesc reglate pe media majoritatii.

Autorul e un bou. Obiectivele construite inainte de '89 respecta cerintele in vigoare la acel moment si daca nu au suferit modificari constructive sau schimbarea destinatiei, nu necesita reavizare.

Se aplica la toate-toate activitatile autorizate inainte de 2004 (sau 2006?) cand au intrat in vigoare actualele relgementari. De ce?
