din cate stiu eu, matale esti programator. Si din cate stiu eu acceleratia e electronica la toyota. Ce te faci daca exista un bug acolo, care in anumite conditii , ignora orice ? MAi ales ca au fost cazuri in care aia au facut tot ce scria la manual ca sa poata opri masina in siguranta.. Nu crezi ca exista destule cazuri, in care probleme software ignora aproape.. orice input hardware?

pai la toyotele alea:

- frana e si ea electronica
- pornitul se face din buton, deci e electronic
- cutia e automata

Acu fara suparare, dar totul fiind electronic, unde e un masterswitch? Ca aia ce au trecut prin asa ceva zic ca au incercat sa opreasca motorul, da daca nu raspunde masina la comanda.. si masina interpreta ca apesi acceleratia, desi ea nu era apasata..

Nu au master switch radmasa.gif asa sunt proiectate ca sa scada rata de populatie... Stiu ei ce fac, in domeniu asta..

Acuma serios, frana electronica ? In primul rand ca nu respecta siguranta asa ceva si in al doilea rand ca practic nu e corect din toate punctele de vedere.. si acceleratia electronica e aiurea, cu lag.. Daramite sa se blocheze pe autostrada la 140 km/h si tu sa franezi si masina sa tot accelereze.... Metoda traditionala zic eu ramane locul 1 oriunde...

Dar ce sa facem, evoluam.. Ca asa ajungem la nave spatiale avem nevoie de pasul asta biggrin.gif

ca o concluzie doar 4 oameni au murit efectiv din cauza problemei.
intr-adevar o tragedie, dar avand in vedere ca se dezbate problema a unor milioane de unitati vandute din care se acuzau 93 de morti si doar 4 au fost reali, mii si mii de cazuri care au fost demontate rand pe rand din incompetenta si chiar rea-vointa unor cetateni de-ai locului.

hai sa cautam in istorie accidente fatale cauzate de diverse probleme tehnice, constructive si vom gasi destule cazuri cu doar 3-4 bucati de cadavre.

glumind putin, huidu intr-o lovitura a raschetat 3 bucati. hai sa nu fim exagerati. Daca a fost o problema si toyota Nu a vrut sa o remedieze pe motivatia de costuri atunci e o pedeaspa suficienta cat sa nu mai faca asa ceva, sper.
de asemenea sper ca asa sa fie motivate si alte corporatii sa remedieze problemele din fabricatie, lipsa de conformitate la orice, chiar daca perioada de garantie a expirat. un autovehicul are o durata de viata pe termen lung de 5-10 ani. sa imi garantezi doar 2 ani standard este o nemernicie si hotie fara margini

Stai relaxat ca nici nu poti cumpara o masina cu frana fara legatura mecanica.
Prin constructie frana si directia trebuie sa functioneze prin conexiune mecanica. Din cate stiu eu, la masinile cu cutie automata exista o comanda de la frana prin care se decupleaza transmisia in momentul franarii. La modelele mai vechi trecea lichidul de frana prin cutia de viteze automata si comanda decuplarea transmisiei.
Puterea de franare a masinii depaseste puterea de tractiune asa ca e putin probabil sa nu o poti opri.

toyota a fost de acord sa plateasca 1,2 miliarde de dolari, astfel incat investigatia pornita de americani sa fie inchisa. Adica platesc ca sa nu recunoasca deschis ca au facut-o de oaie.

The first rumblings of a settlement broke last month when "people familiar with the matter" revealed a possible billion-dollar agreement. That rumor suggested that the deal would also include criminal deferred prosecution arrangement that would force Toyota to accept responsibility but let it avoid federal criminal convictions. This latest story doesn't mention this factor in the settlement.

"Toyota has cooperated with the US Attorney's office in this matter for more than four years. During that time, we have made fundamental changes to become a more responsive and customer-focused organization, and we are committed to continued improvements," said company spokesperson Steve Curtis in a statement to Bloomberg.

Toyota has already settled several other lawsuits related to the issue, including a $1.6-billion lawsuit from vehicle owners who claimed their cars dropped in value because of the issue. A $29-million settlement dealt with complaints from Attorneys General of 29 states.

motivul pentru care au ajuns la aceasta intelegere e pentru ca s-a descoperit ca toyota stia de problema cu acceleratia nebuna , insa in public a negat ca ar fi probleme :
