am onoarea sa va salut cu o dilema culinara:

de curand m am contrazis cu un prieten,spunandu mi se ca omleta este nepotrivita cu acest sos din titlul topicului.

ca e ca si cum ai manca paste cu paine, sau ai pune otet pe cartofii prajiti.

acuma eu ketchup pun pe omleta de cand eram mic si nu le concep separate una de cealalta.

astept sa mi ziceti daca va place sau nu, eventual de ce le considerati au ba nepotrivite! biggrin.gif

Unii ar mai zice ca urme de smantana pe cartofi prajiti iar nu ar fi potrivit. Da' pentru unii e super. Si nu imi veniti cu bullshitareli cu sanatatea and shit.

Ba merge foarte bine combinatia. De asemenea eu obisnuiesc sa rad cascaval sau branza peste cartofi.

merge bine ketchup-ul atat pe omleta cat si pe cartofi prajiti. de asemenea mai merg de minune branza de oita( preferabil de sibiu), cascavalul, un pic de piper..yumi-yumi. oricum asta tine de gustul omului.

Mamaliga cu paine e ca Loganul cu eleron, praguri si pleoape. Dar daca tie iti placea e ok, ce conteaza ce zice lumea smile.gif

Merge omleta cu sos de rosii, e chiar o combinatie buna.

Eu la omleta folosesc bulion d-ala Sultan (exista niste cutii mici, mici, mai mici decat cele de pateu). Cu o cutie d-asta mica fac 2 omlete de cate 4 oo. Dupa aia pun cascaval si branza.

La cartofii prajiti folosesc, de obicei, branza feta sau Delis (intr-o cutie de carton).

Daca baga muc cel mic taxa pe saorma sper sa aveti bunul simt si mergeti la circa financiara sa declarati cata sare, ulei (eventual smantana) ati pus pe cartofi!

Si la ciorba de vacuta, si cea de perisoare merge smantana.
