La absolvirea facultății am făcut o ciorbă de cartofi cu ciolan afumat și smântână și puțin ardei iute (în oțet, nu verde) de am zis că pleznesc.

pai ultima oara cand mi-am luat o shaorma,i-am zis sa toarne vreo 7 ardei toti diferiti plus boabe ,de ii tremura lu ala mana,cand a vazut ce a facut acolo.
Si io radeam si ii ziceam sa puna cu incredere, ca stiam ce ma asteapta biggrin.gif da a fost ok .

Presupun ca piperul corean, de la shaormeria La Haleala, deja l-ai incercat?

Ala e zdravan rau de tot dar ca si alti ardei, se bazeaza pe capsacina, adica mananc la tabasco/piper coren cat vrei tu numa sa sting cu lapte/iaurt/ayran/etc

Asta nu e treaba, mai bine bagi chestii cu capsacina si apoi stingi cu apa minerala 243.gif


Si totusi revenind un pic la cirba de burta.. nu vad care e chestia.. si eu mai demult ziceam ca nu-mi place, adica nu-mi place cand ma gandesc din ce e facuta si ca pare cam dizgratios.
Dar asa cum am mancat de toate prostiile broaste, serpi, carne cruda de peste, etc (si unele din ele chiar mi-au placut si mai mananc in continuare) asa si cu ciorba de burta, am testat, mi-a placut si a ramas.

Oricum ciorba de burta e si clasica, traditionala si nimic ciudat, spre deosebire de bucataria chinezeasca/japoneza/coreana/indiana pe care le-am testat ici colo si mancam de test fara sa ma gandesc prea mult ce e acolo.
Deja ciorba de burta e perfect normala.

Face nevasta-mea o ciorba de ma ling pe degete. (apropo', ea mananca branza cu pepene radmasa.gif ). Prima ciorba de burta mi-a dat-o tata la restaurantu' din pescaria halei Obor.
Cea mai buna ciorba de burta am mancat-o la o casa-restaurant undeva intre Nitu Vasile si Metalurgiei.

Eu rar cand pun ketch-up pe ceva, uneori pe pizza daca e pizzerie d-asta mai ordinara. Daca simti nevoia sa "condimentezi" mancarea cu ceva, inseamna ca bucatarul nu e f priceput.

Ciorba de burta...nu mi-a placut nici mie pana acuma ceva vreme. De anul nou am mancat o oala de 8 litri plina cu ciorba de burta. Cea mai buna ciorba de burta care am mancat-o pana acum a fost la iesirea din Brasov la Hanul din ardeal.

Copil fiin, la bunici, mancam, destul de frecvent, urmatoarea combinatie:

paine de casa + magiun de prune, facut de bunica, fara zahar(o minunatie) + branza de la vacutza noastra....iamiiii...cateodata mai asezonam cu niste salam.......imi lasa gura apa.
