ala e salariul brut. Adica de acol trebuie platite impozitele, sanatatea , somajul etc.. Nu cred ca iese mai mult de 450 de euro medie salar net

Depinde. Nu e clar dacă este vorba despre salariul brut sau despre costul angajatorului cu forța de muncă.

Deși articolul original zice clar: "Un opérateur est payé en moyenne 950 euros brut par mois en Roumanie".

Și mai zice: "Depuis 2008, les coûts salariaux en Roumanie ont même bondi de… 170 % !"

Se ia in considerare costul angajatorului cu forta de munca atunci cand se fac astfel de comparatii. Ce-au facut jurnalistii astia, naiba stie.

950 eur = 4300 RON. Daca asta e costul angajatorului cu forta de munca, inseamna 3360 brut si 2360 net.

Ca sa stii si tu, acolo e vorba de "costul lunar brut pe muncitor", nu de salariul brut. Adica salariu net+taxe (85% din salariu net) + tichete de masa + asigurari medicale + alte facilitati acordate angajatilor.
Daca ar fi vorba doar de salariu+taxele aferente, asta ar insemna cca. 515 euro salariu net. Asta in situatia in care anul trecut a fost un an cu prime destul de mari la Dacia (s-ar putea sa ma insel, da' parca mi-aduc aminte ca s-au dat niste participatii la profit)
