Presupun ca ai conexiune prin PPPoE. Incearca sa-ti pui un MTU de 1492 sau 1500 si vezi daca observi vreo imbunatatire: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q283165/ (Windows pune implicit 1492 pentru PPPoE, dar nu stiu ce placa de retea / drivere ai pe laptop)

Lucian, si eu am patit la fel - aveam un router wireless. Pana la urma le-am alocat static adresele in router, adica sa nu le mai tot aloce dinamic DHCP-ul. Acum nu mai am probleme cu deconectarea.

Cum mai sunt astia de la RDS? Merita sa renunt la UPC pentru ei? Ma refer strict la serviciile de televiziune digitala. Tarifele sunt destul de apropiate, cu un mic avantaj pentru RDS care nu codeaza programele digitale si HD, a.i. pot fi receptionate pe unul din teveurile din casa fara dispozitive sau costuri suplimentare.

Tot asa, cu mentiunea ca decodoarele-s d-alea normale.
Ultima lor nesimtire a fost scoaterea din grila a unor canale(in principiu am simtit lipsa celor de la Discovery). A trebuit sa ma duc sa mai semnez un cenzurat de act aditional ca sa le bage din nou. Acu' cica sunt optiune separata, mai sunt vreo 7 lei in plus cred. Mi-ar fi placut sa bage 7 lei in plus la abonament, ca oricum cred ca-i cam cel mai mare, si sa nu ma faca sa ma duc acolo, pentru asa ceva.

Banuiam, da programu' ala n-o meritat nici macar deranjul de a ma uita la ei pe site la grila.

M-a enervat mai mult ideea, ca il avusesem in grila de baza cand le-am devenit client. Dar de, aia nu e deloc garantata.

Si eu am patit multe cu RDS si am avut certuri mari. La RDS clientii se impart in doua: cei care isi urac operatorul de cablu( au avut probleme ) si cei care vor incepe sa il urasca.
Sunt la UPC si intr-adevar simt lipsa unor evenimente sportive cateodata, dar pentru faza asta cu Discovery-History, eu as fi renuntat la abonament. Odata ce m-au pierdut acum 3 ani...pot sa faca orice, eu la ei nu ma mai intorc. Ca sunt magari.
Nu poti sa imi dai o grila de programe cand semnez cu tine...si deodata sa o refaci dupa bunul plac. Poate ca de asta am venit la tine...ca aveai ceva ce vroiam.

La UPC cand m-am abonat nu aveam Sport Klub, un coleg de la munca tot la UPC avea. Si i-am sunat si le-am zis: ca nu am sport klub ca vreau si eu. Au zis ca doar abonatii vechi care au prins oferta mai beneficiaza, cei care incheie contractele noi-nu mai au, ca nu au prelungit cu aia cred ca. Absolut normal fratilor! Cand inchei un abonament, inchei pe niste programe nu pe un NUMAR..asa ajungem sa avem toate mizeriile pe TV..ca baga ei ce vor, nu ce vrei tu...si iti schimba baza si extra de iti fac ochii in cap ca la ursuletul panda.

De UPC ce sa zic? Nu mi-a picat netul niciodata, telefonia merge bine-gratis am 200 de min internationale. Am avut o singura data problema cu mediaboxul, nu se vedea nimic, i-am sunat si s-a rezolvat in 5 minute. Imi inregistrez filmele, am HD la greu, hard intern de 250 de gb...
