l@ule, acu' serios, ai stiut de la inceput care-i combinatia: stai si platesti sau pleci si pierzi locu'. Acu' ce vroiai, sa tii bagajele in camera (ca sa nu se ocupe) si sa nu platesti chirie?
Ah, ca te enerveaza regula e alta chestie, da' nu mai zice ca ti-ai luat teapa ca nu e asa!

N-ati inteles situatia ,iar altii precun shus se dau cu parul pe spate dar ptr. mine prea putin conteaza astra .NU AM STIUT , de aia o cosider TEAPA , contractul l-a semnat fiica-mea dar nu o condamn caci era in imposibilitatea de a nu semna la momentul respectiv.Eu cand am fost acolo i-am cerut contractul dar respectivul este pilot si mi-a spus ca pleaca in cursa in aceea zi iar contractul o sa il dea fiica-mii sa il semneze. Eu am plecat dupa cateva zile si nea caisa a veni ulterior cu ausvaisu iar fata l-a semnat ca era deja tarziu si cursurile erau incepute, i-am dat mail sa imi trimita contractul si a lalait-o pana dupa housig fair cand deja eram in aer.ACUM E CLARA TEAPA ?
Nu ma plang si nici nu imi pare rau dupa bani , ma consolez de faptul ca casa e foarte ok , pretul este bun(daca va uitati o sa gasiti cu peste 400 lire including bills) iar propitaru in afara de faptul ca m-a agatat este ok.Baga bani mereu in modernizare ,daca il suni si este in tara vine imediat si remediaza orice kkt.
ACUM E CLAR ?

Nu trebuie mare experienta sa stii cum merg lucrurile cu chiriile in alt oras sau in strainatate.
Te asigur ca fiica ta nu e singura care a facut cursuri in strainatate si nici prima care a semnat un contract de inchiriere.

Adevarul e ca in Anglia nu am fost decat o data in vacanta smile.gif
Asa ca o paranteza, cand am dat eu la facultate cam oricine lua BAC-ul putea sa fie admis la o facultate in Anglia (ma refer la cele slab cotate), doar pe aia nu ii costa nimic.

pai asta e vrajeala ca hartia a ajuns la mine cand eram in plop , de aceea o consider teapa , oricum e de bine ca facem trafic , in rest sa fie toti sanatosi ca eu nu pun la suflet !

PS: is firea ca imi vine sa il starg de gat si apoi sa ii dau o bere in secunda 2,

Shus&Vis-u dau o bere 2,3,cate vreti numa sa ne salutam cand ne intalnim !
