La gigabyte pe site scrie asa:

(Note) If you install AMD AM2+ CPU on AM2 motherboard, the system bus speed will downgrade from HT3.0(5200MHz) to HT1.0(2000 MT/s) spec; however, the frequency of AM2+ CPU will not be impacted. Please refer "CPU Support List" for more information.

La CPU support list sunt trecute chiar si procesoare pe socket AM3. Deci probabil ca dupa un update de BIOS ar trebui sa poti instala pe placa un procesor mai nou.

poti te rog fumos sa faci si o traducere? adica daca scade vitaza bus (autobuz) performantele vor scadea dramastic?sau ce va scadea?

si cum se face update la BIOS? eu nu am facut update nici macar la drivere...

de exemplu pentru acest procesor in lista de cpu imi trebuie versiunea BIOS-ului F9A.

la cpu actual AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+, imi apare in lista versiunea F6, iar in Everest imi apare "DMI Versiune BIOS F5", si atunci cum merge calculatorul? blink.gif
