drivere, eu am testat 2 routere wireless+adsl, linksys wag200g si un dlink 604, ceva de genul. Amandoua inghetau in mod router dupa o ora, max. 1 ora juma' de torente. In schimb in bridge am scapat de problema. Am pastrat linksys-ul (desi cu d-link era cam aceeasi chestie), merg cu el in bridge iar pppoe si rutare fac pe alta masina.

A meu nu ingheata DELOC. Orice as face cu el. Rezista si ziiiile bune la tras in continuu. Nici ingheata nici cu firmware-ul original, nici cu Tomato cu care ruleaza acum. Dar se incetineste simtitor viteza de transfer cand merg torentele.

Eu l-am luat pt ca lumea il lauda ca e stabil tare si merge linux pe el si sunt o gramada de firmware pt el. Dar partea cu slabiciunea pt torente mi-a scapat. Oricum nu prea trag eu, dar zilele astea am avut nevoie.

Acum nu am timp, parca nici chef, sa-i schimb firmware-ul , dar curios sunt cam ce ar putea face in plus(?)
Ce imi place, are hard intern si arunc pe el tot ce nu imi mai trebuie pe laptop(un fel de depozit), de asemenea, poate downloada fara calculator.
Mai are si altele dar nu le-am studiat, eu l-am luat pentru niste iPhone care aceeseaza fotografii de pe el, fara a mai avea un calculator pornit.(inca nu e functional sistemul, da-l folosesc ca depozit.)

Da nu-i prin placa de retea, e wireless. Routerul e oarecum central amplasat in casa si asta e ce prind cam peste tot unde m-as duce.

Salutare posesori de routere wireless.
M-am hotarat sa imi schimb edimaxul cu un router wireless ieftinut.
Cum mai sta treaba in zona asta, tot batranul si mult trambitatul Lynksis wrt54gl? Stiu ca e (era) bun, dar totusi e batranel si nu prea se mai gasesc.
Acum ma tenteaza un D-link di-524 (numai 120 ron). Alte recomandar pe la 100-150 ron? Lynksis a mai scos ceva mai nou?

Eu am un DI-524 care sta pe bara (am trecut la Asus WL-500W).
Despre D-Link... Al meu a fost relativ ok, dar privind in urma nu l-as mai cumpara. Incompatibil cu placa de retea D-Link DWL-G510, pe PCI. Se deconecta des, se conecta greu.
Insa cu laptopul (wireless cu chipset Broadcom) a mers bine.
Alta problema: daca setezi criptarea Tkip se deconecteaza la o ora.
Conexiune fragila, viteza mica.

Linksys a scos wrt54gc, de care nu am fost foarte incantat. Am un batran wrt54gl cu dd-wrt pe el de care am si uitat (nu e la mine acasa). Cred ca merge de cateva luni fara restart intr-o retea cu vreo 40 de calculatoare in spate.

Asusul ala e mult prea scump pentru ce vreau eu (net la 2 laptopuri + 1 telefon wireless si net la un desktop pe eth). Nu sunt dispus sa dau atat. Deocamdata di524 ramane, dar peste 2 saptamani ca acum trebuie sa plec din tara smile.gif

m-ar interesa un router wireless la care sa ma conectez cu 2 laptopuri wireless si cu un desktop.. la rds

Si eu am un DI-524 din decembrie anul trecut (are, asadar, aproape un an), pe care pe atunci am dat acam . Il folosesc la doua desktopuri si un laptop (adica wireless). Am net de la RDS. L-am resetat de trei ori in acest timp, fara sa fiu sigur nici acum ca problema apartinea routerului si nu conexiunii.

Tocmai am aflat de la un coleg de serviciu care are DI-524 urmatorul aspect: Daca se foloseste criptare (wpa) routerul se deconecteaza destul de des pe wireless. Daca in schimb nu se foloseste criptare (si eventual se baga mac filtering) merge struna. Cu criptare wep nu a incercat inca.

la media galaxy siemens 150 de ron.foarte usor de configurat !
eu nu am reusit sa il fac sa mearga pe kktul meu de conexiune de acasa dar routerul e foarte bun si foarte misto ca si design.
