Stiftul, daca nu pici turatie pe turatie la dublu, caraie de dracu-l ia. Am renuntat sa le potrivesc perfect si fac sincronizarea la o turatie mai mica a motorului, numa' sa-i facilitez intrarea, nu s-o suga inauntru.

Am aerisit. Cica...
Am mainile arse si-mi curge antigel albastru pe la coltu' gurii. Daca nu adorm, mai ies in cateva ore s-o pornesc iar si sa vad daca se-ntareste furtunul.
Musai trebuie palnia. Pe masura ce se incalzeste, nivelul de sub gura busonului creste. La accelerare scade, iar pe revenire creste si mai tare. Am folosit un petec de camera de bicicleta ca sa obturez gura, lasam liber pe accelerare ca sa traga aer de afara, si acopeream pe revenire ca sa nu ude gradina. De aici mainile belite. Deci palnia e imperios necesara. Daca nu-i ok ce am facut (care ar fi sansele, doh!), caut sa fac o adaptare pe gaura aia. Palnie parca era una-n bucatarie...

(If there is air in it, it will be VERY easy to squeeze - you will notice it is harder to squeeze as water enters the hose) I started "massaging" the hose and I could feel the coolant start to work it's way into the hose as I made a swushing motion with my hand. I then started the car and heat cycled the engine, letting the fans kick on and off a few times, all the while, I was squishing the hose and topping off the coolant with distilled water and PEAK. Turns out, for whatever reason, a TON of air got into the system this time and that is what caused my problem. I took the car for a drive and the temp needle stayed right where it needed to be.

DON'T GIVE UP! KEEP MASSAGING YOUR HOSES UNTIL YOU GET ALL OF THE AIR OUT! IT MAY TAKE A VERY LONG TIME!!

Auzmămattli, nu poti găsi o piesă de pus pe furtun cu un aerisitor în ea ? De plastic, de aluminiu, plm.

Nu de alta da până de 1 decembrie cred că faci cu nervii și tre să fac psihoterapie cu tine în loc să ne dăm balamuc cu Știftache rolleyes.gif

Deci cat misto s-ar putea face pe tema masarii furtunului ca sa se intareasca....

Da' parca tipul ala de-l citezi zice ca se simte mai moale cata vreme are aer, se intareste cand se umple. Logic amu', ca aerul e mai compresibil de felul lui. La tine parca zicea-i ca-i intarit tot timpul.

In alta ordine de idei, pentru umplere si aerisire (banui preliminara, ca la dacie nu-i atata bataie de cap) taica-miu isi facuse urmatoarea creatie. Buson de radiator gaurit, teava de juma' de metru sudata in cap, un filtru de ulei pe post de palnie in partea de sus. Poate scapi mai ieftin cu un setup de-asta,

Moale/tare e functie de presiune.
Elastic/plastic e functie de aer/apa.

Combinatia aer + presiune da furtun tare si elastic. P-asta o am la cald.

Furtunul se maseaza ca sa se inmoaie (gen sa fie-nlocuit aerul de apa).

Nu merge, la Dacie e un capac ordinar. Aici are un piston in el, 2 garnituri, nu se poate face. Am cautat azi o camera de cursiera, de 23mm, da' n-am gasit. Mai vad eu acasa ce inventii fac. Nu scapa el de mine, furunul ala are aer in el, il simt cand il... masez.

BTW, banuiesc ca ai facut aerisirea cu radiatorul de la aeroterma dat pe maxim cald, nu? De obicei acolo mai ramane aer, ca la majoritatea masinilor e punctul cel mai de sus al instalatiei. De aia se practica ridicarea masinii de bot cand se face aerisirea.

Dat maxim cald din ala de temperatura, iar aeroterma la minim.

Mai incerc:
- ridic masina de stanga, smotocesc furtunul cu busonul de radiator scos. Daca are aer, ar trebui astfel da-l dea-n radiator, apoi pe gaura de buson afara;
- ridic masina de bot, pun palnie pe vasul de langa turbo;
.....

- schimb garnituri de chiulasa ^^

Pai garnitura de chiulasa e di-rect responsabila de un parametru esential al motorului, numit raport de comprimare. Daca una e mai groasa si una mai subtire, survine un dezechilibru de raport de comprimare intre cilindri. Asta-nseamna ca 2 vor impinge mai tare decat ceilalti doi. E ca atunci cand alergi cu un carcel la un picior.

Schimbarea unei garnituri implica frezare mai mult sau mai putin fina pe chiulasa sau blocul (semiblocul in cazul Subaru) respectiv, din nou, cu impact asupra raportului de comprimare.

Schimbarea unei garnituri din doua inseamna ca cedarea celeilalte devine o chestiune de timp si atat.

Cumpararea garniturilor de chiulasa (presupun ca) se face la set.

Si daca ma mai gandesc 2 minute, mai gasesc 10 motive pentru care se schimba impreuna.

Observatie: se schimba pe masina de la foarte greu spre imposibil. Eu, dorind sa umblu si la ambreiaj, suporti motor, distributie, bujii, garnitura racitor, si dorind verificarea fiecarui furtunas si anexa din compartimentul motor extrem de ingramadit al masinii, trebuie sa-l dau afara.
Daca garniturile n-au nimic, e bine, iarna asta stau la caldurica. Da' tot il scot la primavara. Daca-s intepate, ori merg cu Stiftul si las Impreza-n pace (varianta inteleapta), ori ma chinui sa scot motorul in frig (varianta entuziasta dar chinuitoare).
