eu de mult am teava in loc de detenta.....toba finala e din inox(custom made)...efect garantat...suna de o ia dracii radmasa.gif ....am si galerii de adm/ev de dacia inj slefuite la interior....chiulasa e "aranjata" si ea.....hai sa zic ca am castigat(poate) 3 CP.....urca mai repede in turatie fata de o dacie stock...

pai daca vrea cineva vreo martoaga 2, 3 in plus at galeria de evacuare trebuie largita cu 1,3 mm, iar taragotul (ce iese de la galeria de evacuare) trebuie alungita(tevile), iar esapamentul sa fie drept, dar e multa munca si consumul nu va scadea pr 3-4 ponei in plus nu merita(forjeaza motorul)

citind topicul cap coada am gasit pareri pro si contra in cazul eliminari tobei de la jumate.acum am zis sa experimentez si io am avut o detenta veche pa care am taiato si am vazut ce in ea ca sa am si o ideee de inceput... e si acum vine problema iarna suparat ca las in urma ditamai dara de abur am zis sa incerc ,gazele evacuate sa le creez un traseu mai lung ca asfel sasi piarda din tarie...zis si facut am taiat pa cea originala si am sudat o toba finala...din punctu meu de vedere am gasit cateva avantaje
1 viteza gazelor care ies pa toba finala e mult mai mica
2 zgomotul hmmm a disparut cu mult chiar si in interiorul masini
3 motoru trage mult mai bine
acum sper colegi dupa forum legat de ce am enumerat mai sus sa isi dea cu parerea daca e bine sau nu ce am facut astept pareri:D

Adica in loc de toba intermediara, omu si-a montat o toba finala. Deci are doua tobe finale biggrin.gif
Din ce povestesti tu, daca ies mai greu gazele afara inseamna ca motorul depune un efort mai mare ca sa le scoata, deci de aici rezulta un consum marit. Nu e de bine daca e asa...
Sa vedem ce spun si ceilalti colegi.

ciudat cu consumu asta am facut unu numar mai mare de km cu aceeasi cantitate de gaz( gpl) adik vara cu 6l gaz faceam 100 km lejer (mers cu ia linistit pana in 90 schimbat la 3000 ture vitezele... iarna cu evacuare din fabrica fac 70 km ... e acum am ramas si io masca cu cele 2 tobe montate am facut in jur de 83 km si din care 10 km iam facut in oras bz...cum am scris si in postarea trecuta motoru tragea bine pot spune ca un pik mai bine smile.gif oircum mai astept parerii pana atunci merg cu ea cu a facuto mama ei din fabrica ca me frica sa nu patesc ceva cu supapele:)

Asa suna fara detenta+finala stock....eu am finala goala de inox pe masina,daca ii scot detenta tot asa o sa se auda? sau la inox suna altfel?

Voi ce spuneti daca pun teava,sa o sudez la imbinari sau sa folosesc coliere?..ca m-am cam saturat sa sufle pe la toate imbinarile...ar mai fi o optiune silicon..special..dinala high temp...dar nu stiu cat tine.

saptamana asta vreau sa dau jos sistemu de evacuare pana la intrare in catalizator si sa pun teava neagra ( teava neagra 14 lei metru liniar si inox 55 lei metru liniar dry.gif wacko.gif ) pina la iesire fara nici o toba. Am masurat cu subleru diametru la
teava de la catalizator acolo unde trebuie sa se faca legatura cu teava pe care am sa o pun eu si am diametru de 45,5 mm exterior asa ca trebuie sa cumpar ceva teava cu diametru interior de 46 mm (ca sa aiba un pic de loc sa intre una in alta usor).
Problema ii ca se gaseste teava numai cu interior de 44 sau 56,7 mm.

@IONEL87: Pff,macar pune-i o finala cu site in ea,o sa-ti urle prea tare,si mai mult ca sigur ai posibilitatea sa ramai fara talon daca te opresc baietii...dar daca vrei sunet de dacie otravita,da-i drumul..dar cand treci pe langa controale,tine calcat ambreajul biggrin.gif

Iar de ai mania asta sa "duraie"masina ca una de raliu,o sa-ti treaca peste ceva vreme,dupa ce te vei satura sa se auda ca o raba in rampa incarcata cu nisip. biggrin.gif

nu au asa claritate pozele le-am facut cu telefonu, am uitat sa iau aparatu foto, dar maine fac si o filmare sa auziti si voi cum se aude.
De ce am facut aceasta modificare?? am fost curios de rezultatul final, adica sa vad ce sunet are fara tobe si daca trage diferit motoru.

Sa faci un video sa auzim si noi cum suna....cu referire la tras...nu stiu,nu prea e sesizabila accelerarea..suie mai iute-n ture atata tot...da la turatii joase tot puturoasa ramane. biggrin.gif..oricum ti-a iesit misto..

Pentru modificarea aceasta am avut nevoie de:
- 4ml teava neagra cu diametru 50 mm
- 4 coturi sudabile diametru 50 mm
- 2 ml platbanda 30x3mm
- 25 de electrozi 2,5 supertit
- 3 tampoane de cauciuc la suporti
- 2 coliere de nova diametru 51 mm
- 6 piulite de 10
- 2 kg chef de lucru radmasa.gif


Total cost 120 lei biggrin.gif

Rezultatul ” de nepretuit, pentru toate celelalte exista Mastercard” biggrin.gif
