R5 turbo maxi, nu are nici o legatura cu R5 GTT.
Motorul este complet diferit.
Ca fapt divers, nu are cuzineti la biela, are rulmenti (colivie). La fel si axa cu came este pe rulmenti. Pistoane forjate,chiulasa de R Alpine, cilindree marita, injectie mecanica,alta turbina,componente de titan si multe altele!

Ok,revenind la "my beast".Am hotarat sa dau jos rezervorul,fac cezariana sudez alte tevi (tur,retur) dupa ce il usuc bine 'nainte sa nu trebuiasca sa "stop,drop & roll" prin hala p'acolo,iar ca tevarai pan' in fata o sa vin cu teava de 6 (perete de 0,75) pt ca asta o fost cea mai ieftina smile.gif si la 8m se simte !

Edit:M-am uitat mai bine la specificatiile la R5 Maxi Turbo...motorul ala nu o sa ai de ce cutie sa il legi (Gearbox: Five forward gears and reverse - Two-disc clutch ),iar tinand cont ca e transversal nu poti sa folosesti cutia lui !
Linia asta e cea mai tare : "Top speed: 190 to 274kph depending on gearbox ratio " smile.gif la asa cuplu iti permiti sa intinzi in halu asta rapoartele !

Ai mare grija la operatia de sudare a tevilor pe rezervor.Din cate stiu eu cea mai sigura metoda e de a cupla gura de umplere la un furtun mai gros ia celalalt capat al furtunului la esapamentul unei masini care consuma 2L de ulei de la Bucuresti la Slobozia,astfel rezervorul va fi plin cu bioxid de carbon si nu risti sa devii tapet pe peretii garajului.Take care!!!

Cam tot ce se poate. De exemplu la mine se limiteaza la 5.000 turatii . Nu stiu daca e normal + ca am descoperit k motorul se comporta total diferit cu tipuri de bujii diferite . Ex . - Champion si Bosch platinum. Ambele recomandate pt acest motor. Cu Champion imi porneste la sfert dar parca urca mai greu in ture. Cu Bosch porneste mai greu la cheie dar urca in ture vertiginos .

Vai de mine.NU IMI VINE SA CRED...cu toate ca am si eu manualu si m-am uitat de 10 ori peste scheme,pan la urma tot prost l-am legat...Vaai,si tocmai m-am scuturat de 4foi pe 8m de teava...mama masii,sa vezi ca ajungea marimea tevilor de pe masina !
Si era atat de firesc,ca duda de la retur din regulator sa fie la fel de groasa ca turul,si aia de carb sa fie mai subtire...mama masii smile.gif

IT'S ALIVE, THE BEAST HAS AWAKEN !
Fratiilor,nu pot sa descriu sentimentul de implinire pe care il am dupa o luna de munca...e minunat.
Mi-am permis in drum spre casa sa ii dau un pic si ce am observat asa in treacat:
-turbina pare ca intra bine pe la 4000,e drept mai tarziu ca aia de fabrica pt ca e de pe 1.6,asteapta mai mult fum...
-am duso in 6000 si repede am schimbat...inca nu stresez componentele.
-e ciudat ca nu am simtit kikul,acuma cine are GTT sa confirme...mie proprietarul motorului mi-a spus ca in mom in care intra turbina te baga in scaun.E drept la mine a fost 1-2 nimic mai mult dar ma asteptam la mai mult,poate cer prea multe de la motor,oricum diferenta e evidenta fata de ce am avut.
-carburatorul cu toate ca am avut dubii,pare ca functioneaza flawles,avansu electronic e minunat,adio hickUps !
...acuma astept consumul,yknot ce poti spune despre consum,in ce norme sa ma incadrez,la ce sa ma astept ?
Am 5L in rez,daca merg 60km e minunat daca merg 50Km e bine ! Cam la asta ma astept (turatie medie 2500)

P.S. Ar trebui sa postez o poza cu mine,sa vedetzi un om fericit ! smile.gif

Nu te grabi sa ii dai in barba. Poate ai ceva care "scartaie" si ar fi bine sa depistezi inainte sa ii dai FORJA! Sa stapanesti sanatos bestiuta si la cat mai multe victime la liniute!!

la carte e dat urmtorul consum: oras 8,6l , afara 7,5 l.....
la mine e aprox 9-10 in oras, in functie de stil de condus, si 7,5 afara, dar daca ii dai in goarna, afara la 150km/h peste 10l, iar in oras daca mergi sportiv ajunge usor la 15....

lucius, ai mai facut modificari in afara de presiune?(jigloare, intercooler, etc), knocking problems? smile.gif

Si acum intrebarea:eu am p turbina KKK 26...in specificatii cilindreea minima este 1.6..........oare merge pe 1400?Banuiesc ca o sa am lag mare,dar o sa am si presiune mare.....wastegate reglabil........aaa daaa si de unde fac rost de o modina,flansa sau ceva intre filtru si bloc,ca sa pot unge si raci turbina?

am gasit de vanzare motorul cu cutia de r5 alpine turbo. motorul se invarte, sta de 3 ani in garaj. mai mult nu stiu, cica ar avea 150 000 km rulati.

pana in ce pret ar merita asa ceva?

As putea sa-ti spun multe doar ca o sa te sperii cam tare.
Vad ca nu are carburator...si chiar daca are,trebuie sa ai mare incredere in om sa il iei,turbina daca are joc mare in ax,poti sa o arunci,sa nu uitam ca,carburatorul e supt iar amestecul trece PRIN turbina.Cutia din nou poti sa o arunci,nu merita intors grupul,sau poate merita daca ai meserias care a mai facut asa ceva pana acum,din nou sa nu uitam ca Alpine merge cu cutia in fata,daca o pui pe dacie ai 5xReverse si 1xForward.Pompa de apa trebuie scoasa,pusa una de dacie in parea cealalta a chiuloasei,construit peretele in forma de L ce lipseste.Aprinderea sa o aiba NEAPARAT.Este un motor mort,ca vreme ma refer,asa ca piese de schimb o sa cauti ca acu in caru cu fan,lucru ce pot sa il spun si in privinta mea,iar eu am a 2-a generatie de 1.4T !!
SGM poate sa te lamureasca in restu improvizatiilor ce trebuie facute,eu am avut initiativa asta acu un an,dar am esuat...si am luat acest motor care si asa COMPLET a necesitat multa munca si multe modificari cu bataie de cap.
Valoarea lui e variabila.Teoretic e un motor cult.Eu zic,complet la 300euro TOP !
Turbina valoreaza muult mai mult daca e intr-o stare perfecta,eu zic 100euro,dar am avut in prieten ce o vandut turbina de Alpine Turbo in 50 deci pretu variaza in functie de necesitate !
