In posturile mele anterioare am spus cum m-am lasat eu de fumat.

Am incetat, demult, exercitiile cu care imi ocupam timpul de fumat.
Rau am facut, eu pot sa zic ca-s mai solidut (sa nu-mi sariti in cap nici nu stiu cum sa spun, mai plin, fara a avea prea multa grasime) si zilele trecute probam slip-ul cu gandul la plaja. Ma cam incarc de slana, de cand m-am lasat de fumat , inainte aveam numai burta, acum ma umflu. Nu-mi place, trebuie sa iau masuri. Nu am vrut sa pun masa musculara din comoditate(trebuie intretinuta) da decit obez, mai bine musculos.
La meniuri momentan nu am de gand sa umblu (mananc la fel ca pe vremea cand fumam).

Am 6 luni decand m-am lasat de fumat si nu imi mai trebuie cat oi trai. M-am lasat pur si simplu, fara sa o raresc, fara sa clefai Nicorette sau alte prostii. Trebuie totusi sa-ti lipseasco o doaga, adica sa ai o mica doza de nebunie, suficient cat sa-ti depasesti limitele si sa reusesti sa renunti. E un razboi pe care daca il castigi iei bonus 10 ani la viata pe putin, si elimini un lucru care te controleaza si te face mai vulnerabil.

adica un concediu allinclusive cadou ,gratis,free,mocca,pe degeaba dry.gif ( asta ca sa vedeti si avantajele pecuniare...pe linga celelalte)

si sa inchidem acolada deschisa de userul de mai sus si sa revenim la subiect

merita si e bine sa va lasati
eu am fumat peste 20 de ani si dupa mai multe incercari cu durate mai lungi si mai scurte (intre o saptamina si o luna0 ...am zis gata
am incercat sa nu mai repet greselile, cind m-am luat din plictiseala,la peste sau la o petrecere
am 8 luni fara tigari .... m-am ingrasat,acum lucrez la eliminarea kg in plus
un sfat prietenesc...nu merita nici banii nici sanatatea irosita...v-o spune unul care a trecut prin asta
bafta

Ieri seara la 6 am fumat ultima sigara din pachet si am zis GATA!
Am ajuns acasa pe la 8, fata avea 4 tigari intr-un pachet. "Ce facem cu astea?" am intrebat-o... Ea - "Le fumam, eu 2, tu 2 si gata, ne lasam!"
P-ale mele le-am fumat una dupa alta ca sa scap odata.

Azi dimineata de la 5 de cand m-am trezit pana la 8:30 cand am ajuns la munca m-am foit ca un agitat ce eram. Am mai sutit 2 tigari de la colegi pan-acu'. Da' gata, m-am lasat! dry.gif

un mic sfat! incercati sa va ocupati timpul cu ceva... asta ajuta sa mai uitati de tigari:) va spune unul care fumeaza dar care s-a si lasat o perioada... am observat ca cu cat aveam mai multe de facut cu atat nu ma mai gandeam la tigari si automat nu aveam timp sa fumez:)

Eu cand m-am lasat de fumat (ce-i drept apoi m-am apucat iar) si ma chemau colegii la o tigara cu toate ca stiau ca incerc sa ma las de fumat, ma duceam cu o felie de lamaie. Ce injuraturi imi luam, mama - mama.

Cafeaua nu e buna. Cand nu mai fumezi devii agitat, cu ajutorul cafelei te agiti si mai rau. Ciocolata merge.
